Yeah it helps me a lot actually. The little things don't matter at all, I am much more focused of my overall goals and life. This is a small fee to pay for getting things back in order again.

I think it works
The product is either working or I just have less stressful period in my life. I feel better right now, not sure what it is but I will keep taking this product for sure.

One of those essential supplements that I can't do without. I did the blood tests and it has worked wonders on my cortisol levels.

L-Theanine wasn't that good
A couple of years ago I used to take L-Theanine regularly but it loses its effect after 2 weeks on continuous use and it's not the same anymore. I have switched to LumiCalm products now and they have a way better solution available (Serenity Plus) and many of the ingredients are combined here. The effect is much better and I can feel the difference almost immediately.
