Matt LaFleur absolutely exceeded my expectations with my taxes. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely honest—something that’s hard to come by these days. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.

Excellent Experience

We found the Lumen Team through Ramsey tax pros and we were greatly satisfied. The team was extremely responsive and made the whole process seamless. We will definitely be working with them in the future.

From the intial phone call I could tell…I would be understood. This was affordable and took care of years of angst over the whole process-probably because I have had bad experiences before.

From the intial phone call I could tell I would be in good hands with Matt. He was non judgemental and answered all my questions the whole way. He was so quick to respond I almost felt a bit guilty asking so many times. He walked me through what to expect and was so competent with his answers but at the same time seemed to understand the emotional parts of finances and taxes.
