I've used your Black Seed Oil 1000 mg softgels for some time now and noticed the improvement it has made in my life in many ways. I always kept several bottles on hand until it became hard to get. Its hard to find a different brand that will match the quality of Lu'Lu Naturals, so once you had it in stock again I ordered a few bottles. Its now 800 mg softgels but hope to get the same results. So far so good !

The first bottle came a mess and I sent an email and it came quickly and unbroken. I was very impressed.

The capsules I have now are vegetarian.I usually order the regular organic capsules,which has been out of stock for almost a year.The product was never restocked when assured,very frustrating.I had to search the web for another brand.Further, I'll see how effective the vegetarian capsules are....

The product is high quality, and at a good price. I take it regularly for migraines. When I read a journal article about the safe dose - since of course my primary care doctor would not know, because no big pharma company is subsidizing large clinical trials, I emailed LuLu to clarify the dose of thymoquinone in a tsp. of their blackseed oil, they quickly replied with the dose. Furthermore it is very likely to have negative effects, unless you are taking certain drugs that increase your natural level of seratonin. If you're not sure if you take such a drug, ask your pharmacist who know about your prescriptions.
