Es una página que promociona Lentes para adultos mayores de buena calidad. Oferta de 2 a cuatro lentes de color obscuro y dorado. La aplicación te lleva de la mano hasta solicitar los productos, no te das cuenta que es una estafa. Hay un teléfono para devoluciones y un correo para contactarse. Llamas al teléfono y no contestan, mandas correo electrónico y no contestan. Perdí mi dinero $894 por 4 lentes...

This is the worst Scam I have ever been involved in. I was offered a full refund as long as I paid to return the item. Well we all know it is out of the world crazy to ship things back. About $5 less than the original order. The item was NO WHERE NEAR as advertised so I feel they should send the label. Paypal did not back me at this point so I will be closing my account with them if they will not get tough on this sham of a company. Do not order from this company or their affiliates

It does not deserve the one star. Disgusting thieves. The dresses were terrible quality, they tried to hide the return address from me and pressured to take a 10% refund. Then, when I sent back the dresses, they lied that the dresses were washed and they can't give me my full refund because of it.

My experience with this company is the same as everyone on here. Clothing is of very poor quality. The colors are different than what is on their website. I ordered a red jacket and received an orange one. I also received the generic email on how I have to mail it back to the manufacturer in China and would cost me approximately $30. I don’t remember why I didn’t check the reviews on this company like I normally do. My bad. I have emailed them again requesting to return the items to them in California and 100% refund. If they make it right then I will edit my review.

BEWARE! Horrible/non-existent return policy. While it says that you can return items on their website what actually happens is customer service offers you 20% back and won't give a return address for the 100% back b/c they're located in China.

I I had the choice to give LuLucurve zero stars, I would. After purchasing it $85 worth of clothes and discovering it's ill fitting and cheaply made clothing, I contacted customer service via email. In the email exchange, LuLucurve responded three times with discouraging me to NOT pursue a refund. See response:

Thanks for your reply. If you want to return it for a full refund, you will need to send your returning products to our warehouse in China and pay shipping cost by your own,it maybe cost you almost $30 for one item and some where maybe need more.And it will be a long time before we received the package. Therefore ,we are not suggesting you to return the item back sincerely. Could you please accept to keep the products if we offer you a 10% refund and 10% off discount code?

Please DON'T return your package to any address indicated on the shipping label of the package received, we cannot be held responsible if packages are returned to the wrong address."

$8.54 I was rewarded for as a refund. Really? How kind of them to give me 10% of my purchase. What legitimate company does this?

Shame on me for not reading reviews before ordering. Shame on this bogus "company" for scamming people. I will never buy or recommend LuLucurve.

This company honestly deserves less than 1 star. Horrible service, took 2 months to receive my items and they lack proper communication. Once I finally got my items, they weren’t even great, really cheap quality and after reading other people’s comments about how difficult it is to get a refund, unfortunately it looks like I have to cut my losses. Definitely do not recommend.

If I could rate less than a "1 star" I would. This is a complete scam. I WISH I would have read these reviews before purchasing. I order in early June 2020, I didn't receive the clothing for 6 weeks. When it arrived it was ridiculously cheap clothing that didn't fit. I've been trying to get my money back from their "Full Refund Policy" on their website for 8 weeks. Every day they send me this same email, no matter what I write them. I've asked for their address to send the items back EVERY SINGLE TIME I email them:

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with this purchase. If you want to return it for a full refund, you need to return the original package back to our warehouse in China and pay shipping cost by your own,it maybe cost you almost $30 for one item and some where maybe need more.And it will be a long time before we received the package. Could you please accept to keep the products if we offer you $35 refund and $5 off discount code?"

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.TOTAL SCAM,THE PRODUCT IS GARBAGE,THE WAIT TIME TO GET IT'S 2 MONTHS AND MORE.GETING YOUR MONEY BACK IS IMPOSSIBLE.

None of the clothes worked (and I ordered $400 worth). Very poor quality and ya not flattering. Emailed them to see where to send the clothes back for a refund and received no response. Also, didn’t receive one of the items

Horrible customer service, the merchandise is of really bad quality and they DO NOT ACCEPT REFUND, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I’ve gone back and forth with emails requesting return address. They refuse to give me the address and keep threatening that it will cost me alot of money and a very long time to get a refund and offer me $10 refund to keep the items. I paid $100 for 4 suites that don’t fit me. DO NOT BUY FROM
THEM!!! by the time I actually get the address if I ever do I’ll be past the 30 day return.

Won’t give money back for items I want to return and said I have to pay for shipment Which is fine, but tried scaring me saying how expensive it was in hopes I would keep them and them keep my money. I WANT MY MONWY BACK. Worse company EVER. Never buying from them again, be smart and do the same.

Horrible quality! It took about a month to get my order. The quality of the swimwear is like worse than dollar store.Would not recommend!

Non of their clothes are the correct size, it is aweful quality and they refuse to let me return anything. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered two bathing suits from this company. One purple one pink. I ended up getting two bathing suits that were pink that would’ve fit a toddler. Not the size I ordered not the colors I ordered. When I contacted the company they said it would be a 30 top dollar charge per bathing suit to return them. That’s more than what I paid for them. Never ever use this company!

Terrible, terrible, terrible!
After waiting for 45 days everything arrived cheap, ugly, nothing to do with the pictures. Trying to return it, still haven’t received the return address ( it’s been 10 days ) already...

I wish I read these reviews before I purchased. It took almost a month to receive my package. The bathing suits don't fit. I'm trying to process a return, but nothing. It's entirely frustrating. I just want the address to send the return, but no one is responding to my emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!

It took two weeks for them to even start processing my order and it only happened after I emailed them and asked why I didn’t get any kind of confirmation right after making the order. It took a month in total to receive the package and the quality of the products is very bad: cheap fabrics, bad finishing of seams, etc. Nothing like in the pictures and nothing you’d expect with the price you pay. So now I have to return everything at my own cost (not sure how much that will be). Can’t recommend.

Awful!! The swimsuits were completely ill fitting and bad quality and they refused to refund me.
