Hand engraved in Ireland by our own award winning goldsmiths and made using the finest silver and gold. We are all about high quality, handmade jewellery coupled with a high level of personal service. 10% of each purchase goes a little further too as we donate it to our 3 Charities, Marie Keating Foundation, Barretstown Camps and The Solas Centre. We are a small family run business, based in Ireland but we ship worldwide.

Excellent & efficient! Ordered close to Christmas and as I was having it delivered local to the business it was hand delivered in case I didn’t receive for Christmas!!

Ordered and sent photos for two…
Ordered and sent photos for two bracelets,had e-mail two days later saying items shipped,waited for about six weeks before asking where are the bracelets shipped,reply was there was a problem with one of photos and asked for me to resend them,even though they said item shipped,and to this day I'm still waiting for e-mail confirming receipt of photos or the bracelets to arrive.

Hi John, You've possibly reviewed the wrong business as we have been not accepting orders since last March to take a break. And we have no record of an order from you before that not do we sell the type of bracelets you're referring to.

Got send the worng letters, sent an email to them with pictures and proof the bracelet broke within 10 minutes and they never bothered to respond to them email.

Trustpilot, I dunno what's going on because this again is NOT a legitimate review of US LULU & LEVI or our products. Firstly I have not been taking orders for months and secondly this "person" has never purchased anything from our website and we don't sell anywhere else. And we also don't sell bracelets with Initials on them. This has happened before and that bogus review was never removed either so can you tell me how you are allowing these reviews????

Just to note for others who have placed orders at Christmas, the delivery time does take a little longer than the rest of the year but we ALWAYS delivery on time for Christmas orders🎄

This poor person either got scammed by a UK/Chinese company or bought from a different company that didn't even have the same name as ours when we looked into this.
