A great idea in theory and with a hundred night trial what could go wrong? In practice I can't get this pillow comfortable and I'm not noticing any cooling benefits from it. I keep removing more and more of the stuffing but discard the pillow for my old pillow during the night. I think the problem may be the thickness of the pillow case which is adding too much structure and requiring a removal of too much filling. Furthermore when I inquired about returning for pillows I discovered the 100 night trial doesn't cover return postage. as I was already dubious about the benefits of bamboo (intending to return one duvet set) I would not have purchased two pillows had I realized.
