Lucky Seven Private Hire Recensioni

Really great experience friendly service clear communication and high quality results. Everything was smooth and efficient and it’s obvious they care about their customers. Would definitely recommend lucky seven taxi and the price was good

Always brilliant service

Lucky Seven take us to Stoke for football from the hotel and it means no stress finding a parking space or sitting in traffic after the match.

3 times ive paid in advance via the link they send , and no show , no one as come , contacted the police and trading standards, AVOID THESE CON MEN

The drivers are polite, respectful and helpful, you can gain loyalty points each time you use the taxi company that you can add up to get a free taxi or discounted, they arrive on time and you can see where your taxi is if you order on the app, they are cheaper than uber.

Very good service

FFS rivers can be a bit rude but all in all ther the best taxi fi

Perfect very good and faster cabs and cheap also

Very helpful, picked me up from Aldi and helped me with my shopping

I Love Lucky Seven because it has good services and drivers reach on time and they go straight to the exact destination. The most important part is that the drivers are kind and they communicate well

I’ve used Lucky Seven several times now and they are officially my go-to. The drivers are always professional, the cars are clean, and—most importantly—they actually show up on time. It’s hard to find a cab service this reliable these days. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stress-free ride

I waited 50 minutes for a taxi, and I was late for a very important meeting. Think twice before choosing this company. Previously, there were delays and, for example, filling up with the meter running, but today the cup of bitterness was overflowing. Rubbish, and more rubbish.

Very fast and friendly drivers, don’t have anything bad to say about the company or drivers so far and I used they services often

Their drivers are polite, they drive safely and the wait is pretty quick most days.

Excellent service! I called for a last-minute pickup and they were at my door within 10 minutes. The driver was friendly and knew all the shortcuts to avoid the morning traffic.
Definitely my go-to taxi company from now on.

I always use Lucky Seven, and I won’t use anyone else, reliable and friendly, app is easy to use … would recommend 👍🏻

They just have good hygienic and friendly drivers

Unreliable. I've given 2 stars because my first ever lucky seven taxi driver who was very nice, polite, helpful and on time. I give zero (0) stars for my return taxi of which I was told a 5-10min wait, but did not show after 20 mins late at night in the dark freezing cold weather. I was a solo female not feeling safe and so I started to walk home. 25 mins later the taxi driver called to say he had arrived. I explained, twice over, that I had started to walk due to not feeling safe and gave my location which was not to far away, asking the taxi driver to come pick me up from the nearby gas station. The driver did not want to do this and so I walked home for one hour, arriving home 30 mins past midnight. A highly unsafe, unreliable service of which I do not recommend for the safety and wellbeing of others.

Booked and paid for a taxi online that never came and never got my money back . Rang to complain and just given we dont care excuses . A few days later Pre booked a taxi for 7.05 am , at 10 past they allocate a driver ...that was 10 minutes away . 20 mins Late for work and they just say yeah we were busy , well then say that dont accept the booking and cause us to be late for work costing us money just so you can make pennies .
