I don’t want to give this app a star at all I’ve not received my money it’s been in the review process since June 20th I submitted a redemption and still have not received anything I tried contacting them through emails, support and calling no response

Lucky Legend is a rip off. I won 1,800 and the casino didn't pay me a dime. If you hit on the casino machine, why can't you received your winning. I send in documentation and still didn't receive my payment. I play with Lucky Legend for a year in a half, and when I finally win nothing. Is there a way to sue a casino website, if it's post info. THANK YOU.

I won over $1300 and they still have not paid me. I’ve text them. I’ve emailed them and they will not respond. I think they’re a rip off casino stay away from Lucky Legends Casino. They gladly take your money to gamble, but when you win, they will not pay you seriously do not have anything to do with them bad news. I think maybe they’re going bankrupt feels like a company going bankrupt. They won’t pay out so I think everybody is screwed over. It is unfortunate.

I love playing the games and I have been able to redeem winnings in the past but now I am not able to redeem. It has blocked me from verifying my id. I tried sending different forms of identification, but now I am blocked and I have sent several emails to try to resolve this and have not been able to get through to anyone !! The email comes back with an error stating full!!!

I won $66 and I redeemed it then they gave me an email verifying and then that was it and they have not paid me since June 6 and I messaged them screenshot them all the proof and I have not heard anything

Really love the game, but when I hit some decent size wins, I haven’t received any of them been getting the runaround the last week or so really hope they pay out my winnings because I do enjoy playing the games. When I deposit money, they take it out of my account real quick, but it seems they’re really shady and paying out, like I said really do hope they resolve the issue and I get my payments soon

I withdrew on May 27th as of date 6/24 I haven't received a dime. 2 separate emails saying received #1 saying they received deposit #2 received withdrawal notice. Then nothing oh and they Don't answer your emails

First, this app is not licensed so why is google allowing it on their website. No pay out once the verification process is complete. Concerned about identity theft and because it is advertised as a cash game it is fraudulent. Not impossible to win, HOWEVER it is impossible to cash out. Don't even bother unless your going to use coinbase to cash out for 1. 2nd expect to wait a month at the least if you try to cash out with crypto. They say "Fast withdrawals" and faster with crypto....guess that all depends on what your definition of fast is. Personally fast to me means an hour, maybe 24 hours depending on the circumstances. I’ll rate it 3 stars because it took me repeated attempts to get my three cash outs that were pending review for 10 days but I finally did receive my payouts to my PayPal but one that was no longer open how they do it is what ever email you use when u sign up is the PayPal account they assume you have and that is attached to that email but when I checked I signed up on the app with one Gmail account according to my welcome confirmation but somehow I did get emails to my main Gmail from them as well anyways luckily I was able to use my email to open a new PayPal account with that email again only issue is get ready for all of PayPal’s new and improved security measures so with new accounts I’m seeing when u get money they even want to verify it for suspicious activity like all a sudden it’s in my best interest and to protect me from receiving money lol oh no please don’t give me money I don’t know where that came from shoot….. anyways this is not a PayPal review sorry got off liked it just seems odd tho after I finally got my money I play and deposit a few times then this all happens is it a scam in theory no but depends on how u look at it all these games are made and So I won off of my initial $35 chip that was a no deposit I played through the $1,050 playthrough I needed to and went to redeem the hundred the verification $10 deposit and they said that it takes 7 days to verify my Bitcoin address before they can process it I have never seen a wait time that long but I'm hopeful that it comes soon with no issues.
