Has anyone at all ever gotten paid from Lucky Legends online casino? Like many of you I have one and still have not been paid. There's got to be something that we all can do about it

Scam, they dont pay out

I requested a withdrawal of $1.200 on Oct 28 and it was finally approved and sent to be paid on Nov 20 and still no money sent and I keep getting told it's being processed. It's taking longer to pay out than they claim on the site it will take and tell me it's the payment processors fault so maybe they should get a different processor for the sake of customer service and satisfaction.

i won a jack pot three months ago and ive selected all options available and still havent redeemed any funds

This casino will take your money and then nothing will work on this site. You go to a game you like and they won't let you play it . Although I don't know why they never intend to pay you if you win. Yes I won money from the free player that lucky Legends offered me I kept track of my messages from them the conversations I withdrawal account information all that stuff and they refuse to pay me because I used the same chip so I can't get my money back but they sent me the email talking about free spins no deposites and I one off of that over and over again playing off the same thing and they constantly send messages saying 33 free spins blah which is not right if we're only allowed so many why would they keep sending us emails but the point is is I want what they sent me so I went off the free play that they sent me an offered me and now they refuse to pay me my $99

Play here ONLY if you are okay giving your money away to thieves who regardless of how much you deposit and how after already taking 14days (business days!) to review and APPROVE a withdrawal of your winnings still another two weeks later haven't paid said withdrawal out despite many times saying they've escalated it and it will be paid blah blah blah! Lucky legends is totally a scam not worth wasting your time

I have seen complaints since i started playing their games but i never had real issue..when you win and you wait for the redemptions to be viewed and released times very from ten mins to days and the longer it takes the more weary i get to not invest any more money. When you send a message on the game through chat they never respond..then the emails never respond until today saying the email address is for tech issues only..well why on the email from their company is the email address saying send them email for nay further concerns. I love the games but customers need to be treated with the respect of communication at the least

If I could give this casino zero stars, I absolutely would they are a joke. As soon as you hit your play through bonus criteria, it just takes. all the money you thought you won back and call it a bonus coupon reversal I had over $1000 they took 900 and said that it was a none withdrawal amount it’s infuriating and disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves. I've played this site for fun for a couple of years, and had some nice wins for $1000-$1500, and played through the winnings. But hit a Major Jackpot for $18,000 and ran it up to $20,000 Aug 18th 2024. After all of the documents and providing ALL the required information. Still no pay out. My account has 6 pending withdrawals @ $2500 and 2 approved, and waiting to be wire transferred to my bank since Sep 18 and Oct 4th 2024. Still no payments.Next step will be to dispute the issue, and tomorrow will be 56 days since required withdrawal, and per T&C's a max of 60 days to file. I'll update as time advances.

Update 10/29/24-

Still have not received any of the winnings at Lucky Legends Casino. Continue to email the VIP representative, but now he will no longer be able to provide updates or status. Suggested I call the help line or 24hr live chat. It's still a SCAM and do not pay out winnings. The marketing on social media sites are 100% false and misleading.

UPDATE 11-4-24
Received one of the seven $2500 withdrawal request with six more $2500 request pending. The Live Chat states they've released the next $2500 to wire transfer and will be 3-5 days to hit my bank. That was 7 days ago. The Live agent states "rest assured you received all of the approved winning in your account". Not sure how long this process will take, but, I'll keep you updated.
A quick review, Aug 18, 2024 I won an $18,000 jackpot and began a withdrawal for ALL $18k. It's now Nov 14, 2024 and just received the first $2500 payout with 6 to go.
