Their terms and conditions apparently states you cannot withdraw until you bet your deposit amount.

Deposit 100 for example. And lets say you win x amount. You cannot make a withdrawal until you wager at least 100. Skip this one

I had sent $100 etransfers 2 times same…

I had sent $100 etransfers 2 times same day March 12. Both were cancelled on there end now I have to wait for 2 more business to receive the $$ back I sent and was locked out of my account.
Worst experience I have ever had and will not be continuing any service with them.
Also I have 4 casinos online that I have never had any issues with in 10 years.

I thought this place was a good place…

I thought this place was a good place to gamble how wrong I was . The live chat agents take forever to respond so slow. Not to mention this casino doesn’t even give out any bonuses only when signing up after that you can deposit thousands and they will not even give you a dime. I do not recommend signing up. Also the evolution blackjack tables they have bots that is working on the casinos behalf to contribute to your losing. All these casinos are only focus on one thing making you lose and they will go above and beyond to make that happen.

Needs much imporvement

I have been playing here for a while now and I am not sure why. The bonus games are few and far between and I have never won an amount to get excited about like I have at other casinos. I have also reported glitches which have never been fixed. It would be nice to see a turnaround for this casino but I do not think I will be playing long enough to witness this.

I experienced a serious issue with a payout and customer support.

I experienced a serious issue with a payout. I won my bet and was initially paid the correct amount, but the funds were immediately taken back without explanation. When I contacted support, I was told the matter was sent to the "relevant department" for investigation, yet no support ticket number was ever provided. After waiting an entire week with no response, I followed up only to receive the exact same vague answer. At no point was I contacted or reimbursed for my rightful winnings.

I ultimately closed my account because of this unresolved issue. While the amount in question was “only” $100, the principle is far more concerning. If this company can arbitrarily reverse a legitimate payout once, they can do it again—and to anyone. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their integrity and reliability.

Lotsa games with a very good RTP%

Lotsa games with a very good RTP%. My first withdraw was frustrating because they apparently have a wager requirement of 1x for all deposits so they kept cancelling my requests saying "card null" and forced me to wager a lot more than I wanted before paying me. I wont deposit there again because of their deposit lock but overall not bad.
