The company contacted me with a position and forwarded my details and got back to me quickly and professionally and I had a video interview and was informed that I got the job all i the same day. Thanks so much guys keep up the good work.

I was stuck applying to just about everything I could find when I got a call from meach, he wanted to put me forward for a job that ultimately fell through. Where most recruiters would stop and let it go cold he instead put me up for another, which also fell through, then another and finally another which i was successful in and I now maintain to this day. He would check in often even after handing me over to the hiring manager to see how I was doing in my new role. The experience I have had finding a job with lucid has been incredible and sets a high bar that most companies fall short of. I cannot speak highly enough of meach and my hiring manager Carl, if I was to find myself looking for work again. Lucid would be my first call.

Sharp, solid, precise, dependable. These are the terms that come to mind when I think about my dealings with the team at Lucid. I have been sent on a myriad of contracts in various roles across the industry and the one constant is the professionalism of the guys and girls on the team.

I had a phone call from a strange looking number (Milton Keynes area code), as I was from London and I was used to seeing 0207 numbers. It was for an all rounded IT contract role. At first I was skeptical, as I had never heard of them and that they hastily tried to get me a job. At first, I thought, is this a scam? Normally scammers call up and make everything seem rushed and so easy.

So I start googling them and start seeing their company name associated to some pretty well known companies in the UK. So I went ahead, ironed out my CV, and proceeded to talk of my interest in the role. Just one day passed and I received a call from the the project managers of the client asking me to check my e-mail with the job spec, dates and deliverables. I proceeded to turn up to work, fully contracted, wondering how I almost passed up on this opportunity!

Covid-19 then came and blew my dreams away and I, like many others, were left scrambling for vacancies.

After a month or so passed, who was the first employment agency that called me up asking me how I was? Asking if i had kept safe and how my family was? A gentleman by the name of Carl, from.. you guessed it, Lucid Support Services!

He informed me of new and exciting contracts and full time employment opportunities. I was quickly feeling elevated and back to being where I wanted to be, in the driving seat!

Don't take my word for it, seriously, just look them up on LinkedIn, give them a call, write them an e-mail. Super impressed by their professional yet down to earth manner of communication and excellent customer service. I seriously see this company growing, as there aren't many all rounded firms like them.
