Thanks to Trustpilot. I did my homework before making purchase. The website lucerti.com and velcari.com seems to be run by the same people. Why would someone run two identical website with identical items if it is a legitimate website.
The item displayed looks great but I would not spend a penny for item good for nothing. It would be great to have a feedback from Lucerti.com and velcari.com.

I ordered and want to return due to poor quality, email from customer service that I have to pay for return shipping back to Belgium .
Then offer me discount, replace item, etc
Then no more communication.
Hole in jackets too. Cheap quality.

A total SCAM...the only reason I gave one star is that it was required to post a review. What I ordered by the picture and the quality of the item I received was totally different, I will request a return for a full refund and if refused or the process is too cumbersome I will file a dispute with my credit card company. This company is a total SCAM. Several attempts have been made to proces a return for a reund and all I got was the runaround and some BS that it would have to be returned to Belguim and the return shipping would exceed the value of the item so I should settle for a minor partial refund. Again, TOTAL SCAM. I wish I could post pictures of the item I ordered from their catalog and what I actually received...it's a joke.

Purchased two men's sweaters From Lucerti and when I received them, I was not happy with the cut or quality. The phone # on website has a recorded message directing you contact them via their support email address. Sent multiple emails inquiring about about return process and after several days, still have not gotten a response. Steer clear of purchasing from Lucerti.

I never received the merchandise I…
I never received the merchandise I ordered. When I reached out to them, they falsely claimed that I signed for it. I then reached out to the shipping company who provided pictures of my package that they delivered to an apparent abandoned house (I drove up and down my street and couldn't even find the house) in spite of having my correct address on the package. The picture clearly showed the package left on some random porch and was clearly not signed for by anyone. Luverti refused to make the situation right, even though they had the pictures as well. They refused to work with me so I had to flie a claim with my credit card company. I would avoid this company as they are extremely dishonest and refuse to take care of their customers.

They are comfortable, stylish and inexpensive. NOT top quality, but above average.
I received compliments on them at a dinner party I attended.

POOR - I didn’t realise this was coming from…
I didn’t realise this was coming from abroad, probably China. It took 17 days to arrive in the UK from ordering.
Upon receiving the quality is extremely poor and unwearable if honest.
The material is really thin, with threads hanging out of it everywhere. The labels are all in foreign too.

Product is nowhere near what is advertised
This product is coming from China. They are pretty ridiculously priced for the quality they are charging. It's just a complete rip off, the product was nothing close to what was advertised and I fell for this hoodwink, without checking reviews about them, anyways it is the last purchase from them. It's been 3 months, and finally, the clothes have arrived. Never thought they would. Communication is wanting, but they are trying to provide some kind of service (now that I realise this is genuine... let's see if others confirm?)
The chill top and shorts are extremely comfortable and true to the design, even if not quite the quality I'd expect for the price tag.
That said, the boxer briefs. Spot on. Love them. Very comfortable and very sexy. So, you've (finally) delivered on that (which is what originally made me go for the purchase). Great colours, lovely pastel, nice fit.
Would I recommend Lucerti? Maybe not. Italian name, Chinese brand. It was an ordeal. And I never expected this to arrive at my door front 3 months after ordering. But I had to change my review to honour the fact that they did actually deliver.

I ordered an XL suit from Lucerti that was advertised on Facebook. Very slick ad, great looking garment and a reasonable price. 3 weeks later I received a woman's size 6 suit. When I contacted Lucerti, I was told that returning it overseas would be more expensive than a replacement, so for the cost of shipping I was offered a replacement. 2 weeks later I received another size 6 suit. I have not been able to get a response or a resolution. Frustrating waste of time and money.

Do not purchase if you do not want to be disappointed
I just purchased from this company . The pics look really grate but when you get the item , and yes it is cheap , it does not look at all like what is on the pic and it is not the quality they promote . I am trying to return the item they keep trying to convince me to keep it and refund me half or some other useless proposal . I explained that the item is so ugly I would not give it to my worse enemy . Then they came back to me you have to send the item back to Belgium lol I am from Belgium even if I do not reside there . Just give me the address but I am still waiting to get it . I am pretty sure I will not get it . Avoid this company using fake pics and them sending you rubbish ( i was even shocked how bad the item is )
