I ordered ink from platform after that they never ship my product and also they are not responding to my mails and call. They are also not refunding my payment.

The training was amazing and very detailed in the class. They have very good instructors and personnel. It is a very good company to take the CCO testing.

we ordered canon ink bottle online on dated 20-Feb-2026, already one month over still not dispatched and amount not refund, No one response for calls and emails,

I placed an order for a wireless mouse on 22 February 2026 from the LT Online Store.

Since there was no update for a few days, I called their customer support on 26 February. The representative informed me that the order would be shipped within a day or two. However, when I checked the order status again on 7 March, it was showing “Delivery Canceled.”

What is concerning is that no communication was sent to me regarding this cancellation—neither via SMS nor email. I had to discover it myself by manually checking the order status.

Even more worrying is that the refund for the cancelled order has still not been processed. Cancelling an order without informing the customer and then delaying the refund reflects very poorly on the company’s customer service and processes.

I hope the company resolves this issue promptly and improves transparency in how it communicates order cancellations and refunds to customers.

Fraud Store, Product not delivered and no refund.

It's been more than 2 weeks I have ordered two items from this website.
Still no response from them. They are least bothered on call about the ordered by saying that item is not available.
Pretty sure now they are scamming lots of people like this.
Definately going to register a complaint to consumer forum regarding these malpractices.

Accepted order. No update on status for 1 week.
Once I enquired, cancelled from their side saying " price has increased".

Now it has been > 3 weeks; still no refund. Numerous mails, calls and whatsapp texts- but no refund. (of which I obviously have proof).

Have already lodged the complaint in consumerforum. Hoping others do the same.

This site should be flagged for SCAM at the earliest.
