I’m a little confused as to what this review is regarding.

May I ask if you’re from another competition site that been trolled by the fake account claiming to be me?

Sir, I can whole heartedly tell you that was not us…or more to the fact, it was not me. I’m Raf.

I’m not sure if you have been on our Facebook page and looked at our latest pinned post.

We’ve, or should I say, I’ve got a troll who from the moment we launched has been in our comments trolling us…this has now escalated to him changing his whole profile into my name and then taking ALL my pictures from my personal instagram account (which is not on private) and, messaging under near enough every competition site, calling them scammers and trying to direct people to us.
The reason he’s doing this, I assume is to provoke reactions like this and have everyone reporting our site and try to get our page shut down and I guess people coming to places like this to leave 1⭐️ reviews.
I’ve literally been dealing with comp owners since yesterday non stop.

I can promise you, non of this has anything to do with us. We have no idea who this person is but they seem to have had it in for us from day one🤷🏽‍♂️

Please check out our post on our Facebook page and it will explain all, with plenty of screenshots to back things up.

All his old comments from trolling us and calling us scammers are still there but as he’s changed his name to mine, it now looks like I’m trolling my own site and calling us scammers 🤦🏽‍♂️😩

After you’ve checked it out, I’d really appreciate if you could remove this 1⭐️ as this is exactly what he’s setting out to achieve.

Sorry for the delay in replying to this but, as you could imagine, we were busy rectifying the situation and thought it best to come back to this once we had a resolution.

In answer to your question on if we’re still going forward?…..I’m pleased to say, ‘Yes, of course we are’🥳

The live draw was a calamitous set of errors but, I’m sure you would agree, how we dealt with the situation was far above and beyond what anyone would’ve expected a competition site to do…especially a brand new one only on their very first competition.

As you know, we sent an email to all entrants to offer them the options of a refund or to keep their funds as site credit for future competitions, whilst also offering to enter all the people who decided NOT to have a refund into a free entry ‘NON REFUNDER’S’ competition for a Rolex Oyster Perpetual.

The live draw was done on Thursday 18th July on our Facebook live and was just between 203 people to say, ‘Thank You’ for sticking by us.

The winner was Graham Elrick from Aberdeen, who received his prize on Saturday

In regards to the original disastrous live draw for the BMW M8 or £60k cash alternative. We also presented that prize to Marius (and his family) on Thursday afternoon before our free entry live draw. He choose the cash alternative.

We understand that after watching a first live draw like ours, it’s only natural for people to feel a little sceptical about entering future competitions with us…but I think with how we’ve dealt with the situation, along with how successful our 2nd live draw was on Thursday 18th July (if you haven’t watched it I urge you to), we’ve more than earned the chance to prove ourselves again

In regards to the ‘whole’ experience being terrible, I’m not sure what in this instance quantifies as ‘The Whole’ in a situation where you buy a ticket then wait for the draw🤷🏽‍♂️

Granted, the live draw was a disastrous set of errors but, I’m sure your would agree, how we dealt with the situation was far above and beyond what anyone would’ve expected a competition site to do…especially a brand new one only on their very first competition.

As you know, we sent an email to all entrants to offer them the options of a refund or to keep their funds as site credit for future competitions, whilst also offering to enter all the people who decided NOT to have a refund into a free entry ‘NON REFUNDER’S’ competition for a Rolex Oyster Perpetual.
In fact, I’m sure you opted for the refund, which you received.

First of all, just to clarify things…it’s misinformation to say we never had a live draw as we very much did have a live draw. Infact, I’m pretty sure it’s not even possible to put a prerecord up on Facebook live.

What I would say is that it was in fact a very poorly run first live draw.
So in light of the situation we sent an email to all entrants to offer them the options of a refund or to keep their funds as site credit for future competitions, whilst also offering to enter all the people who decided NOT to have a refund into a free entry ‘NON REFUNDER’S’ competition for a Rolex Oyster Perpetual.
