I ordered a tiny part for chainsaw. Arrived very next day even though no special service selected. Processed with all the paperwork and professionalism I might have expected with a large order. Great service - thank you!

Dreadful service.
They sent me the wrong item. I had to pay the return delivery and I had to pay for the new delivery for the cracked item. Resulting in them refunding me for the wrong item only..

Be warned, never again!

Ordered a Honda mower clutch cable on Monday and received it Tuesday morning. Incredibly well packed with a Bubble protected Jiffy envelope, Brown cardboard envelope inside with the cable in a plastic bag inside that. Reasonable price for the correct part and the carriage cost were OK too. Communication was awesome as well including tracking of the package too.
I thoroughly recommend L&S Engineers for all your small motor needs. You will pleased you went to them.

I ordered some parts for a Strummer and they were quickly dispatched via the GPO. They never arrived but I got a message from the GPO that they had been delivered. I found it impossible to contact the GPO and all it said on their tracking site that it had been delivered bu a photograph was not available. I rang L&S Enineering and they answered on the first ring which is worth 5 stars on its own. I told them what had happened and they checked with the GPO and then told me that a photo had been taken of my front door with its gold coloured letterbox. My door is green with a brushed steel letterbox. I told them that and expected a bit of resistance but there was none. I was just told that they would despatch the same order again and if the other one turns up to let them know. That was first class service and I would certainly recommend this company to anyone. 5 star service.

I ordered a small part for a Makita chainsaw late morning, it arrived next day. Fantastic service and postage was reasonable, unlike some companies that have a std high postage charge even for small items. Nice to deal with a company that prides itself on service and value

1st class service every time, I use the parts diagram to select the parts and when I order I receive several emails to confirm my order including a VAT invoice then the parts arrive within a few days packaged really well. Thanks for everything its really is great being able to get parts so easily and promptly

Il y a quelques années ,j'achetais mes pièces tronçonneuses chez L&S engineers ,toujours très satisfait,maintenant je ne peux plus commander parce que je réside en France pourtant ils font la livraison vers d'autres pays de l'Europe comme le Portugal, le Luxembourg etc.. alors qu'est ce qui se passe ?

Just picked up two filters after a telephone order. Very pleasant young lady on the phone followed by one of the most polite gentleman I’ve encounter in a long time at the counter. What an unexpected surprise. Yes I would highly recommend this company. Ticks all the boxes.
