I love LRM bags. The quality is excellent. The customer service is so good. Always getting back to you with help and support.
I recently bought the Sofia rattan for my holidays and I’m lovely it.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering, I have sent several emails with just an automated response. I ordered a bag on the 19th of August and if I collected it I could have it in 24 hours . Order was confirmed but bag has not materialised I asked for a refund no response . They’ve got my money and I have nothing. Shocking company . Do not touch with a barge pole.

Ordered the cream bag on 23 August 2026 with next day delivery. I received an order confirmation email, but no update since.
I've sent multiple emails and messaged on Instagram regarding my order - no response.

I've never had an issue before.
A year ago, I purchased a personalised bag with standard delivery, and received it within a week.

I have been a loyal customer of LRM Goods and love their bag designs, but my recent experience with their customer service has been deeply disappointing. After encountering multiple order issues—including delivery delays and unreturned messages—I sent a detailed email to address these concerns constructively.

Three weeks later, I have received no response whatsoever. Meanwhile, LRM Goods used my personal photograph on their public social media feed for promotional purposes without asking for or receiving my permission.

Ignoring a customer's legitimate support requests while actively using their personal content for free marketing is unacceptable. A brand’s loyalty relies on communication and basic respect for its customers. I hope LRM Goods addresses their customer service responsiveness and respects content permissions going forward.

I bought a crossbody bag ftom this company. Took a while to arrive and frankly not worth the money. There are far better quality bags out there for a similar if not cheaper price. It's OK, just not great quality. On the high street I would expect to pay around £25 and it cost £83. They say Italian leather - i very much doubt it.

I ordered a mini Polly bag in the outlet sale, and I can’t believe how quickly it arrived. I ordered it at 9am on a Friday and it was delivered at 2pm on a Saturday, and that was with personalisation too! The service from LRM is incredible and the bags are amazing quality.

I’ve got a nice little collection of LRM bags now and they’re all gorgeous 💞✨

Just received my white Lucinda bag, which is super for this time of year. The quality is brilliant and the bag is so roomy inside. I can fit everything I could possibly need for an evening out.

Fabulous products, bags for every occasion.
So pleased with my purchase, only wish I could afford one in each colour.

The mini Polly is a really beautiful little bag. Really nice quality, thick leather, well dyed and lined. It can hold way more than you think and it was great for my use as a bag on holiday for the essentials. It held a folding hairbrush, small card/zip wallet, hand sanitiser, lipstick, tissues, face powder, small hand cream, nail file, tweezers, table bag hanger, iPhone, 2 passports, medication, scrunchie.

The colour (in my case, a beautiful baby blue) is as shown on the website and the fastenings etc seem sturdy and of good quality. If I had not had personalisation, I would give five stars. I particularly love how the strap adjusts as it is on a slider, which is way better than a buckle strap with the end hanging loose. It really is an ideal little bag and is perfect on my five foot nothing frame.

I was a little disappointed with the personalisation when the bag arrived, but I put the issue down to the fact that gold is being stamped onto textured, pebbled leather and so you might expect some inconsistency in the finish.

For full disclosure, I put leather protector (beeswax) on the bag as I do with all new leathers but avoided the lettering.

After a week of use, the lettering had mostly worn off. I contacted LRM and was advised that I could send the bag back for it to be embossed again, but as this would be at my expense in terms of both money for postage and time/inconvenience (working when the post office is open) I am not going to do this. For the purposes of customer service, they could have sent a new bag and a postage paid return for the old one. However, this was not offered and if I had been offered a replacement, I would have asked for it to be sent without the embossing.

Terrible experience with this brand.
Ordered a bag with express delivery 21/6/26. It is now 5/7/26 and I am yet to receive the parcel. Customer service is shocking, I am having to email multiple times and I’m yet to receive a reply. Wouldn’t recommend.

Customer service doesn’t exist unless you’re some sort of influencer!!!
Been chasing my order for over a week now and got nothing back. Need the items for a holiday, asked when to expect shipping, got a robot response, so requested the order to be cancelled and been ignored ever since.
Will be making a charge back from the bank this morning.
Pity those influencers don’t tell us this sort of detail isn’t it.

The bag arrived, quality was 'ok' but not quite the colour I wanted. I contacted them straight away to organise a return. Multiple emails which escalated to me having to contact my credit card company for support, LRM finally shared return details and I actioned the same day. I had to pay to return it as well as have a £3.50 'admin fee' deducted from my refund!

Nearly 3 weeks later, my refund has arrived - customer service needs to improve! Far better quality products out there with much better customer service. Would not recommend or order again from LRM.

Received my Tan croc Lucinda yesterday AT LAST! (there was a delay in delivery at DPD’s end or else it’d have been with me on Wednesday itself, but anyway)

It is GORGEOUS and I immediately took her to a meet-up I was attending and I swear nearly every lady asked me where I got it from and I’m pretty sure you’ll atleast have a few orders coming in soon! I hope I’ve done my part in spreading the word about your brand and your amazing collection. 😊

The personal touch that the owners extend to you when you e-mail them with a query. Love the updates on Instagram and look forward to their new arrivals. Have many different bags, in different colours, which are all beautiful, practical, stylish and eye catching which all come in at a great price. Would highly recommend the product and the team for their excellent service.

I enquired about an out of stock produce via LRM's online chat function and had such a prompt and thorough responses offering an alternative to the out of stock item. I then proceeded to place my order and my items, with personalisation arrived the next day. Such great quality bags and fantastic service. Thank you!

Great product and quality….very poor customer service! I ordered my bag and qualified for a free makeup bag, when my bag arrived the makeup bag was missing , despite a note on my order showing the special offer code! I contacted customer service and they replied saying there wasn’t any mention of the offer code on my order so basically better luck next time! I rechecked my order and screenshotted the order to them and haven’t heard anything further since! LRM…if you can’t provide the offer goods- don’t use false offer codes to entice customers.

I love my bags from LRM! They are such high quality and super cute. I have bought 2 for myself and as gifts for others and everyone loves them!

I got a beautiful backpack for my daughter. Great quality, love the colours and embroidery was excellent. She takes it with her everywhere we go. Perfect size for nursery and outings, would definitely recommend as a present for young kids!

I’ve just bought my second Polly in Pale Blue Pebbled 🩵and as ever I’m so impressed! I’ve bought many LRM bags over the years - and there’s a reason why! The quality is second to none - any order I’ve made arrives quickly and beautifully packaged it is such a luxury experience. The clasps and hardware of the bags are good quality and I’ve never had an issue with any of my bags. I love that bags can be given a new look with an alternative strap which there are so many gorgeous designs to choose from. Me, my mum and my daughter each have an Ella heart bag which have all been personalised and for no extra charge! I doubt this will be my last purchase - I have my eye on the mini Polly so my daughter can match! Thank you again LRM ❤️
