We replaced our Potterton Suprema Boiler, which was original installed and then moved when the extension was built by British Gas on both occasions, with a Worcester Bosch installed by Lodge Plumbing.
The issue was British Gas original wiring that Chris had to sort out over the weekend, and a Valve that needed to be replaced unexpectedly.
Claire was a total professional when we had to agree an additional price for the Valve replacement
The house was left spotlessly clean after the job was finished

My old boiler broke down and I rang Lodge plumbing, After speaking to Clair and Chris they organised a site visit immediately and installed my new boiler within few days.
I cannot explain how happy I'm with the service they provided and they also cleaned everything before they left.

I needed a new boiler and completed a form on Boiler Guide. LPHservices was one of the three companies responded. Chris called me to arrange an on-site assessment by an advisor and I received a competitive quote. After several follow up communications I selected this company to install my new boiler. My new boiler is now up and running. Chris was frank and friendly throughout. He advised me to select the new Vaillant boiler I needed and he installed the boiler to a high standard. Very happy!

I wanted a new Worcester Bosch oil boiler to replace an old boiler. Using Worcester Bosch’s list of accredited installers I selected Lodge because of their quality reviews.
I have not been disappointed. Service was prompt and efficient and the work completed to a high standard. It is my intention to use Lodge Plumbing for the annual service.

I had new combo boiler installed Yesterday. Jack came and was very helpful in what I wanted doing and very informative on the electrics needed too. the lads turned up just a few days later, they all worked extremely hard, they were very tidy. I would definitely recommend this company for installing a new boiler.

This company undertook replacing my hot air heating system with a Combi boiler and radiators. Jack initially came round to my home and carried out checks, which another company I had approached did not. I found Simon and Sam hard working, pleasant and all the debris was cleared away. I intend going back to this company for my annual service.

When I needed rapid replacement of an unrepairable gas boiler during one of the coldest weeks of the year, Lodge Plumbing & Heating was the first company to respond to my request posted on Boiler Guide. Claire quickly produced a quote and within a couple of days Chris installed the new boiler. All of the work was done in a professional manner, Chris and Clair were helpful throughout. I'm very pleased with the results.

Excellent professional service offered from enquiry stage with the lovely Claire (she's a STAR when it comes to customer service), all the way to installation. The guys (Simon and partner) were very friendly, reported for work promptly for the two days of installation and worked tirelessly to ensure that the work was completed to the agreed schedule. The offered help/support when needed and even offered some energy saving tips. The installation was completed quickly and was professional done i.e. very neatly and they even cleared and tidied up my home and surroundings after the installation just as the met it... No messy job.

My 30 plus year old boiler finally bit the dust,just as the cold weather came in,typical!
Using reviews,I called a few companies to get an idea of costs and installation dates. After some consideration I chose Lodge Heating as Claire was always very helpful and answered all my questions plus their surveyor,Jack was informative,giving both fitment options and three different boilers to choose from.
I elected to go for the Grant Vortex,not the cheapest but according to reviews one of the quietest and reliable. I paid my deposit and a fitting date was set with a two day allowance given for installation and commissioning.
Two engineers arrived nice and early on the given day and cracked on with the work, they never stopped and had the full install completed inside one day. Chris ran through the operating of the boiler,which was very simple, before cleaning up. Both the engineers were very polite and pleasant natured,very tidy,removing any mess and also my old boiler! I was most impressed and
I would have no hesitation in recommending Lodge Heating for their amazing service.

It was an excellent experience for us, straight forward from the start. Claire is very understanding, helpful and friendly. The surveyor, Neil was a nice guy who did a thorough survey and kept me informed throughout. Then the installer, Jason came and did all the work in one day.

The quote was the most comprehensive and detailed, altho not the cheapest i had received. However because of the detail I was confident that there would be no other charges and I was right. The two engineers, Simon and owner Chris, acted with courtesy and respect to our property and furnishings. The installation is neat and tidy and looks great.
The support from end to end has been excellent from initial survey to final settlement, with prompt communication from the office at all times. Thoroughly recommended.

When my 25 year old boiler broke down I was starting to make plans to go stay in an hotel until it was fixed / replaced. I found an online organisation: 'Boiler Guide' and requested a quote. They emailed me back almost immediately confirming my enquiry and advising they had passed my contact details to 3+ plumbing and heating companies. Within 10 minutes (and after 5pm on a Friday) I received a call from Claire of Lodge Plumbing. She said one of their engineers was in my area and Jack arrived within 20 - 30 minutes. He walked me through the process and provided me with a very reasonable priced quote before he left. I accepted the quote and the work was completed 3 days later. Great organisational job Claire and also to those who carried out the work. You certainly deserve the 5* rating.

We have a new boiler installed 15months ago with Chris, he did a great job. In July this year the pressure kept dropping resulting in no hot water. Chris came a couple of weeks later and managed to fix the problem. He searched diligently and found a pipe leaking downstairs with the underfloor heating. He fixed the leak and all is great again.

The guys came to install my boiler and water tank and where there at 8am. They worked hard and did a great job. There was some blocked air in the system due to my old pipe work and nothing to do with the install and they stayed late to try to clear it and had to come back. Chris installed some new rad valves for me which meant the air was stuck again. He did a great job clearing it for me which he didn’t have to do. I would fully recommend Chris and his team. Very pleased with the price and end result.
