Great service from a Company whose details were sent to us by Checkatrade with several others, they gave us a competitive quote for supplying and installing a new external oil fired boiler and a firm date for carrying out the work. Chris and Sam turned up early on the agreed date and at the end of the day the work had been completed and the new boiler was providing heating and hot water to our home.

After some 18+years and frequent issues in the last 12 months, our system boiler finally "gave up". I initially contacted my local self employed plumber who serviced the boiler and he diagnosed a mother board issue (probably the most expensive to resolve!!).
After deciding to change the boiler, the local guy quoted price and delivery but then proceeded to change both on a number of occasions!!
Being without heating is no joke, particularly at this time of year! So I made some initial enquiries on line. As a consequence, I was contacted by Vanessa at Lodge. She fully understood that I was trying to progress with my local guy, wished me well but said she would be happy to help if needed.
After losing the best part of the week having a series of broken promises and still having no heating, I decided to call Lodge first thing on Friday 24th January. Their prompt response and an apparent desire to help was excellent. From this contact with Vanessa she arranged a site survey later that day. Jack's help and advice on the visit was invaluable and he agreed to quote a couple of alternatives later that evening - exactly as happened. Claire advised me with earliest possible fitting days and associated arrangements. By close of Friday we had accepted the quote and arranged fitting for Wednesday 29th!! Every part of the arrangement was confirmed by email - no misunderstandings! I was advised that the fitter would arrive between 8 and 9 and "Sam" was on the drive at 7.50!! He was later joined by Chris who completed the tests and commissioning.
I have no hesitation in recommending the services of Lodge - my experience shows them to be fully Customer oriented, totally dependable promises and excellent service. Their staff are friendly, thorough and very professional.

Needing a new combi boiler but had no previous good honest plumbers so had to start from scratch. Ended up using the web and some word of mouth but not recommendations, cam across Lodge Plumbing and Heating Services and booked a quote.
From the get go they and all their staff were professional and considered exactly what I was asking for, from the initial site survey to the installation and all the office back up this was a very pleasurable experience.
Special shout out for Sam the installer, clean, tidy and very conscientious in someone’s home 👍.

The quote was fully written out and crystal clear and the price very competitive indeed.

Thanks to Lodge Plumbing the all process of changing the boiler was extremely simple.
They do exactly what they say, from the beginning to the end of the job.
The people in the office always answer the phone in seconds, helping as much as they can with any problem.
The engineers did a fantastic job and put the new boiler in no time.
This is a bunch of genuine people, it felt like back in the days when people care about what they do.

Chris and Claire helped with the new installation of our new oil Boiler, the manufacturer had changed the installation wiring without informing anyone. Chris and his team worked to try and work out what they had changed and Chris spent many hours on the phone to the manufacturer and their technical department to get the Boiler working correctly. I would highly recommend Lodge Plumbing very professional and understanding.

Fantastic service, Claire was lovely, not pushy and very knowledgable. Fitting of the boiler was spot on, Chris was great, couldn’t have asked for better! Would definitely be recommending.

The news that my home would require a replacement boiler presented me with a big challenge. Who to use locally and who would be best value for money. I was introduced to LPH, Chris visited the next day and within a week my new boiler is installed without incident and fully functioning. Simon, the installation engineer, was helpful, efficient and a very tidy worker. At the end of the day, you would not have known he had been present. The office team were supportive and helpful throughout and a delight to deal with. I strongly recommend LPH.

Starting with Nathan who surveyed my property he was excellent, very professional and he advised what was the best for my needs.
As for both Simon & his mate, they were both very professional and I must say very hard working lads. The work was excellent and Simon made sure I was happy with everything. He went through how the system works & made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.
What more can I say but DELIGHTED.

Previously we d been let down by another Installer for over a year. Chris came along gave us a couple of options to replace our 25 year old boiler. Within 2 weeks we'd agreed on a price and our old boiler was replaced by Simon within the day. No mess, no fuss just great service. Recommended,

I am extremely happy with the installation of my new gas boiler by Lodge Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd. Apart from quoting a good price, Claire had providing me with all the information I needed to make the decision to engage them to do the work. Lodge Plumbing & Heating Services Ltd was one of the companies recommended to me by an online service, when the service of my existing boiler turned into 'cannot be reignited'. LPHS was competitively priced having suggested suitable boilers for my home. They were able to carry out the installation very quickly and efficiently. Claire was extremely personable and able to reassure me when I was suddenly left without heat and hot water. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Sam and Simon were fantastic at fitting our new boiler and removing our old system. Excellent service and value: their level of service at all stages throughout the process of installing a replacement oil-fired boiler has been exemplary.
Since I was without hot water, they went out of their way to get the work completed very quickly and within a few days of my initial enquiry.
