the lcv group Recensioni

Been very impressed with the whole application process. Spoke with a lovely lady called Ana. Ana was very professional, very clear and very quick with any queries or questions I had. Ana’s telephone manner was A1 and was delightful to deal with. Thankyou Ana and thankyou LCV. Look forward to my new Van.

From first point of enquiry Megan has been super helpful and found me some excellent offers, hence why I’ve returned with my custom for 4 vans.
Each time once I’ve selected a van I’ve then been contacted by Mia who makes the delivery process so smooth.
A fantastic friendly and personal service every time

Cant recommend these guys highly enough, We have used them now for over 7 years and we currently have 4 vans with them on contract hire.

What I find is that nothing is ever too much trouble, you pick up the phone, tell them what vehicle you want and the budget you have in mind and they will source it for you.

As a busy business owner it's exactly what I need, strait to the point, fast service with ultimately the best price and information on estimated delivery time.

They give you honest answers to whether they can achieve the budget you want but at all times, work within your budget not theirs and never try to upsell anything to you. Something I have never encountered before with any sales person in the motor trade.

Once you're on file as a customer from here the customer service levels are incredibly high, these people really do care about you.

For any issues, enquiries for your next vehicle it just runs like clockwork as you've built a relationship with them and they hold all your details on file resulting in the process becoming very quick.

The whole process from enquiry through to delivery of a vehicle and handover is seamless and this company have set the bar very high for others to learn from in the motoring world.

I myself have used other companies in the past and they don't even come close to the levels of customer service you get from Low Cost Vans.

A massive thank you to Mike, David, Kile and Katie. You deserve the recognition for your hard work.

We hope to continue doing business with you for many years to come.

Keep up the great work guys, your'e smashing it!

We've been using LCV group for the last couple of years. Our whole business fleet is with them. Everyone that we come into contact with is always very helpful and polite including Rhys who gets us the best possible deals. We've recommended LCV group to a number of other businesses and they're always our first port of call when we're in need of a new company vehicle.

Absolutely pleased with the service!

I would definitely use LCV again on my next lease.

I am so pleased with LCV Group and especially with Fern Dunkey who sold me the VW Buzz she gave me an amazing deal. She had a very professional attitude, dedication and persistence. I am so pleased also in general with lcv group I recommend 100% you won't regret it. Once I had my vehicle they sent me seat covers and stickers for free as a welcome pack! This was amazing! Thanks LCV group and Fern!!!
