VERY FRUSTRATING! After a brief initial chat with my chosen counsellor during which my audio responses weren't heard, I could get nothing more despite paying for a plan. I tried to address this on the site which DIDN'T get anywhere. Resubscribed for another month, still no access! All of this at a time I could really use some help. PROMISED MUCH AND DELIVERED LITTLE
I paid, but did not receive any email confirmation and I never received my plan. I emailed support but got no answer. This is a total rip-off. Be warned.
Tried to cancel my subscription multiple times, and the app continues to charge me. There is no active subscription in my Apple account, and every time I cancel through the app itself, it does not seem to work. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to change your entire card info just to avoid being charged for something you canceled multiple times.
This app is perfect when you need someone to talk to but do not want to type long messages. The voice first expeirnce feels natural and supportive especially during stressful moments.
