LovingtheBead.com (tm) Recensioni

Fantastic service, wonderful jewellery. Thanks.

Fast delivery. Lovely presentation bag. Beads were really shiny and look beautiful against my more costly bracelet and charms.
Definitely use again. Recommended!

Fantastically quick service - and superb products which look good against others on the bracelet which cost 20 times more! Will certainly buy again and - at this price - build up collections in other colours.

although my order was relatively small it was given immediate attention and items were received within a few days packed in small drawstring bag and bubble envelope.

If you need something fast, you can rely on them.

I rang Lovingthebead up regarding an order and the lady was so helpful. I placed the order and was amazed at how quickly it was delivered. The price of the goods, the service I received and the overall experience was second to none. Will definitely use again for further purchases

The beads were just what I wanted the price was right and the delivery prompt.

I bought some beads for a bracelet and they were exactly as they appeared on the website and were delivered really quickly. The price was good. I would definitely buy from here again.

I great service, will order again.

I ordered a Bracelet and some beads for my nine year old daughters birthday. Arrived very fast, although the clasp on the bracelet was faulty. I re-ordered a replacement and was going to send the faulty one back, but I received an email saying not to return the faulty one - they would get a replacement in the post that day. They did, and I received it the next morning! Excellent service!!!!

Everything from the ordering process right up to delivery was excellent.

Order was easy to make, products were excellent, service was very efficient, detail to packaging was second to non.

Overall nothing could be faulted, excellent service, keep it up and well done. Highly recommended.

Great beads excellent website quick delivery. highly recommend.

I have only used LovingtheBead.com once but am a very satisfied customer. I was looking for some glass charms for my Pandora bracelet but didn't want to spend very much. Their charms are very cheap. I was a little worried that quality would be compromised but when they arrived the quality was excellent. Will definitely use them again. I got free delivery and items were despatched really quickly. The website is very user friendly, large selection of charms to choose from.

great beads and nice gift bags

Wanted to order my sister a leather bracelet and as they looked good decided to get one for myself too. We have different frames and I know from past experience I have a smaller wrist size. I thought I had clicked on two different lengths but when they arrived they were both the same - luckily the right size for her. As it was a gift and it had arrived on her birthday I decided to keep them both. So overall a fairly good experience - I'm sure if I had returned the wrong sized bracelet it would have been replaced but it seemed like a lot of trouble so I didn't bother.

Very pleased with the quality of the product, the service and the price. Website was easy to use. They contacted me to clarify my order and delivered my gift directly and very quickly. I called them before I ordered with some queries and was pleasantly surprised to be answered immediately by an actual person. They were extremely helpful. Whole shopping experience is highly recommended. It is such a treat to get great service these days.

always no problems when dealing with this company fast arrival of goods well done

Visited the store during my vacation in UK last year. There were so many beads and charms. Ordered additional beads for bracelets on-line. They helped find items not even on the web site that I saw in the store last year. Order filled promptly. Gone back to order others for my sisters.

I've ordered several things from Loving the Bead. Every time they've arrived quickly and the bracelets are fantastic. I ordered the wrong size last time, I contacted them by e-mail was phoned the next day by a very friendly member of staff to discuss a replacement and had it 2 days later. Really pleased with the service.

What a great necklace for so little cost - I wrote to customer services to ask a question about the item and they got back to me very quickly. The item arrived in very good time in a lovely presentation bag. Overall I am delighted with it. Would highly recommend this site.
