Quality product, unfortunately I wasn't able to hang the lights until the rain had cleared up, they weren't quite right but couldn't return because their return policy is 7 days :( so I was unable to... Leggi di più

Great service very helpful when I ordered the lights to get the right ones. They let me return the wrong ones and refunded them and I had the ones better suited to the job in a couple of days

Incompatable connectors, and lack of info but good otherwise
I have gone to order more 'S14' lights and found that you use different connectors so I cannot connect a set of 'DIMMABLE S14 5.5M 10 BULBS - DROP HANG' with a set that I already bought (S14 CLASSIC 10M 10 GLASS S14 BULBS - BLACK CABLE). It is not clear from the web site (you don't say connector xyz) that you cannot mix and match - it is implied that as S14's - you would be able to mix and match.
However I am pleased that the chat person did tell me this. And the lights I ordered arrived quickly and appear to be good quality and match what I expected.
Also after a while I was able to find out via the chat that the remote is RF and not IR. Would be better if this could be more clear. The image shows the remote pointing at the dimmer controller which is deceptive for an RF remote.

The lights look fantastic
The lights look fantastic! I wanted some festoon lights that were robust enough to last, had replaceable globes, and a dimmer switch with remote control. Very happy with the result.
