UPDATE: I wanted to update my original review to reflect how things ultimately turned out. Although I was initially very concerned because my tickets hadn’t arrived and the event was the following day, they did come through the next morning. By that point, because I wasn’t confident they would arrive in time, I had already arranged alternative tickets.

Cyle also called me first thing that morning and was genuinely lovely to deal with. He also issued me a refund, which I really appreciated. He took the time to speak with me personally and I really appreciated the follow-up and customer service.

I’ve updated my rating to four stars because everything was ultimately provided as promised and Cyle was excellent. My only reservation was how close to the event the tickets arrived, as the uncertainty caused quite a lot of unnecessary stress.

I purchased a ticket today for FAC51 The Haçienda taking place tomorrow, 22 August, for £54.50.

My booking confirmation states that I would receive a second set of tickets by email 1–2 days before the event and that this second set must be shown upon entry.

As of this evening, I have not received that second set of admission tickets.

I have checked my inbox, spam/junk folders and my online account. I have also attempted to contact LoveToVisit numerous times by telephone, contacted them through their online support and emailed customer services.

With the event taking place tomorrow, this has been extremely stressful and has taken a considerable amount of time to try to resolve.

I will update this review if the required admission tickets are received and the situation is resolved.

It was entertaining and that wavy slide was the B-E-S-T. Also, the woodland was good. 5/5

Great experience with love to visit. I had an issue where I needed to change my date of ticket this was handled with quick responses to my questions and a seamless experience resulting in my request being authorised.

I tried to book tickets to the circus late last night and for some eason phone stalled ,thought oh well I ll try again in morning ,had a call from a guy called Cyle , he expained who and why he was calling and sorted things within 2 mins and tickets pinged over ! Sorted ! Smasing chap and gave great service .

Easy to book and what a great evening well worth a visit not to expensive so all the family can enjoy a great evening.

Very helpful and gave me a refund as I paid extra for protection but also because I’m only on holiday for that week and the other days are unsuitable. Thank you for being so helpful and understanding

I haven’t undertook the activity yet, but wanted to say what fabulous customer service I received this morning.
My internet crashed half way through booking, payment had been made, without booking confirmation. Cyle from customer service phoned me and sorted out the problem immediately.

The company cancelled the concert and I’m still awaiting a refund even after I sent 7 emails. Do not trust this company with your money. They still owe me £90 and no sign of the money being returned

Children were glued from start to finish, so worth going. My 4 year old Granddaughter really enjoyed it and it takes a lot to keep her engaged
