I love the website i love the pictures but the human verifcation RECAPTCHA keeps looping your download speeds are way too slow and features on your website never respond to any of my clicks i tried to download a picture ive been trying to download for days it started the download no file and no countdown and now i have no downloads thanks a lot lovepik yall suck fix your damn server
Lovepik is a scam. The file's they show are not what you download and they deny refunds even when you are within their listed refund policy requirements.
Scam. I signed up for a free trial - thankfully, not using my primary email address - and all I received were pop-ups and endless emails trying to get me to upgrade. I was not able to download any images as, surprise surprise, all the images I required were 'premium'. There is no way I would ever trust this type of company with my payment details!
If I could rate this company -5 stars I would. I wanted to use some of their video project templates, but there are no guidelines on how to use it. When I request their assistance they told me to do research on youtube because their guides weren't available at the time. Total crap customer service. They then proceeded to deny my request for a refund because my 15-day window expired. It took them a week to respond to my emails. What an atrocious company! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEIR WEBSITE, IT'S A SCAM!
