Excellent service and customer care
I’ve been a customer of LovePadel for a while and I’ve seen how they keep updating and expanding their product range. Until now, I hadn’t written a review because everything always worked exactly as expected from a good online store: you order a product, it arrives as described, with the expected quality, and within the expected timeframe.
This week I had to return a product — not because of any fault from them, but simply because I needed to make a change — and not every online shop makes this process easy. The experience was excellent: very friendly service, and within just 3 days everything was resolved.
Many thanks to Merrill for the great support. I’ll definitely keep buying here!

We’re sorry to hear there was an issue with the delivery. Unfortunately, we weren’t made aware of any problem with the delivery address at the time — we do have a refund or replacement policy in place for any damaged items, and we’d have been happy to help right away if we’d known.
Regarding the missing NOX custom grip: once you contacted us, we sent it out the next working day to make sure you received it as quickly as possible.
