AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Honestly, this has been an absolutely appalling experience from start to finish, and I would strongly advise anyone thinking of buying a car from here to STAY AWAY.

The guy who actually sold me the car was incredibly rude. I’m a first-time driver, so I was already nervous about buying my first car and wanted to feel like I was dealing with someone trustworthy. Instead, his attitude made the whole experience even more stressful and uncomfortable.

Then, just THREE DAYS after buying the car, problems started appearing. None of these issues were mentioned or disclosed to me before I bought it. I’ve had to deal with an airbag fault, headlight problems and other issues almost immediately after handing over my money.

When I raised the problems, I was basically met with “sold as seen” and a refusal to help with any repairs. Apparently once they’ve got your money, the customer service disappears.

And the owner has been just as bad. Rather than actually trying to resolve the situation reasonably, he has refused to entertain any further questions or cover any repairs. The attitude and complete lack of accountability have been ridiculous.

I bought my first car expecting to be excited about finally passing my test. Instead, I’ve been left stressed, out of pocket and dealing with problems I was never warned about.

And honestly, after experiencing this place myself, I really do question some of the glowing reviews on here. I obviously can’t say who wrote them, but my experience has been so completely different that it’s difficult not to question how genuine some of them are.

Do yourself a favour and do your research before buying from here. I wish I had. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t trust this place to sell me another car if they paid me to take it.

Absolutely dreadful customer service, dreadful aftercare and an experience I wouldn’t wish on another first-time driver.

Do not buy from here. I regret to buy VW Passat from here. I was told no issues with the car. However within few days, there were engine issues with the car, AC wasnt running as well. And the local garages couldnt fix it as well.

I asked for a courtesy car while its fixed. They denied. Now my life has been disturbed because of this.

I would recommend avoiding at all costs. Big mistake ive ever made regarding purchasing a veichle! Been a constant battle to get major work done on the van. 3 months in and still fighting to get the work done. Mechanic came to rectify but parts were not used so it was bodged, problem still present and now expected to travel and miss days from work for a second attempt to repair, Communication is very poor and being fobbed off appears to be the norm. I am havingto go doen the legal route to get problems sorted. Would never recommend nor use again. Very poor customer service and waranty offered isnt worth the paper its written on.

They sent an AA approved engineer to check the vehicle that I had chosen and to my shock the vehicle was no where near the standard it should have been.
