Training with Lucy has been the best decision I’ve made this year
I have now been with Lucy for 6 weeks and yet it feels like so much longer. Lucy is like a supportive friend encouraging me from the sidelines and I see her as on “my team”. From the very beginning Lucy has grounded me and talked straight to me when I’ve either been in a wobble about something or to set me straight if I’ve lost sight of my goals. She has supported me and made me feel heard and valued, something I did not feel from my previous online coaching experience. When I’ve had a million questions about what equipment to use, or trouble over a particular exercise, Lucy has been able to guide me or correct me when needed. When I’ve gotten myself into a tizzy of anxiety about a social event, Lucy has been with me every step of the way to guide me through and remind me that life is worth living, to enjoy myself but make sound choices and to just get right back on track the next day! She has encouraged me and cheered me on when I’ve felt a bit down and made me recognise that changing body composition does not necessarily mean I need to be a certain weight to achieve my goals. Infact, Lucy has helped me to overcome a lot of weight and food focussed thoughts. Having gone through a fat loss phase, we are now building calories back up in a reverse diet and I just love when Lucy messages me to let me know my calories have increased again!! Before this journey, I was scared to increase calories, scared of gaining weight and now, with Lucy’s guidance and understanding of mental health, I no longer let the scales dictate my emotions and instead focus on my measurements and progress pics. The weekly check ins keep me accountable and keep the communication going which is so important! I also prefer macro and calorie counting over a meal plan and Lucy has helped guide me with this without any pressure to stick to the plan she puts in place for me. Instead she has adapted her coaching to suit my personal needs, preferences and requirements and this works for me and helps me stay accountable.
And Lucy doesn’t just help with my fitness and nutrition. On many occasion I’ve ranted about whatever else is going on in my life be that wedding planning or a moody boss at work and she really is a friend now in such a short space of time.
Having Lucy as my coach has been the best decision I’ve made this year and I can’t wait to keep training with her for the foreseeable 😊
I could not recommend Lucy enough
I could not recommend Lucy enough - she has honestly changed my life!! I’ve been with Lucy for around 8 months now and cannot believe the progress I’ve made. In the beginning I thought a lot of change would happen physically (which it has - I am in the best shape of my life) but not only that - my whole mentally has changed towards nutrition and exercise. I now realise how incredible all of this is for your mental health and finally got out of my binge eating / fad diet lifestyle by eating sustainably. Checking in with Lucy each week is amazing & she’s always so supportive - reminding you to enjoy life whilst working towards your goals. I have gone through a diet phase and am now reverse dieting whilst also going to the gym - I never thought I’d have the confidence to step in a gym in the weight section & i couldn’t have done it without Lucy’s expertise. If you want to be the best version of you I cannot recommend Lucy enough - you won’t regret it!!!

I am now in the middle of my second month with Lucy and I’m so pleased! Lucy is a brilliant coach and is always checking in, and always there to chat outside of check ins as well. Everything is explained so well and the meals are so amazing which is the biggest bonus for me. The app is brilliant and keeps me on track when in the gym as there’s no messing around! Lucy is so encouraging and understanding and I couldn’t recommend her enough!!x

I don’t even know where to begin when describing Lucy both as an individual and as a coach. She is the most down to earth person I know, as well as knowledgeable, understanding and welcoming. I honestly could not ask for more from Lucy, she is the most patient coach ever considering I am the fussiest eater EVER!!! If you’re thinking about getting a coach, I wouldn’t hesitate to get in contact with Lucy.

I am forever thankful for Lucy starting her online coaching. After following her on Instagram and wishing I could be like her, now I’m working with her and couldn’t be more pleased. Lucy has been so supportive from day 1. I’m not an easy client due to many eating intolerances and allergies but Lucy has taken all of that into consideration and the suggested meals are amazing. Lucy has 100% been there for me throughout my whole experience and has definitely had an impact on my lifestyle. When I’ve not had the best week or I’ve been off plan Lucy doesn’t get annoyed she guides you through the right path back. She’s so supportive, caring and motivating even if she’s having a down day herself she’s always there to pick me up. Thanks to Lucy eating well and exercising no longer feels like a chore but a positive lifestyle. I’m excited to see where my journey with Lucy progresses.
Best coaching experience I’ve had!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Lucy’s approach to coaching. She is incredibly supportive and motivating, and genuinely there for you throughout your whole journey. She has taught me the importance of being consistent and I’ve finally shifted the ‘all or nothing’ mentality I used to have towards fitness. She takes into account everything you tell her and it really reflects in the plans she provides. I have learnt so much already and cannot wait to progress further with Lucy’s help! I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is considering getting an online coach!

Lucy is such a fantastic coach I have loved every minute of her training programme! The workouts are amazing and I no longer feel like it’s a chore or a punishment but something I look forward to and enjoy! The meal plans are brilliant too, I’m a vegetarian and she caters for me always giving me new meals to try every week! The main thing I love about Lucy’s coaching is how she’s changed my mindset, she’s helped me to start being kinder to myself and encourages me to live my life and not restrict myself or make myself miserable or worry when going out for meals. I could not recommend her enough!

Lucy has been so amazing throughout my time with her! Not only does she focus on creating the perfect plan completely tailored to you, but she educates her clients so that they can really turn health and fitness into a lifestyle after coaching ends. Before Lucy I was struggling to lose weight & had a horrible relationship with fitness. With her coaching, I’ve seen amazing results both physically and mentally. I can’t recommend her coaching enough - it’s completely changed my life.

Lucy is a fantastic coach, I’ve only been following her programs for a few weeks now but I’ve noticed a huge difference in how I look. She’s helped me focus on and improve my nutrition by providing detailed macros, calories and a meal plan. I’ve found the meal plans so helpful for ideas in what to eat that is tasty but still within my macros and calories. The gym program Lucy designed for me is great, I really enjoy all of my workouts and I push myself much harder each week because of our weekly check in which is really helping me achieve my goals. I couldn’t recommend Lucy enough for a fitness program, she’s so lovely and extremely knowledgeable.
