Really pleasant and knowledgeable staff at love and pet care, Leon was very helpful in helping me pick the right size of pet jacket product and understood the differences. Very much a store for pet lovers but would highly recommend it to anyone who needs any pet products.

New cat bed arrived!
We ordered a cat bed for our new kitten. We chose a boot styled bed in a pale green colour. The cat bed arrived on Tuesday . The product is plush and well made and true to its on line description. Delivery took two weeks, but is worth the wait to get something unique and stylish.
Will order from this company again.

never delivered - never helped - only excuses
I placed my order on their website on 17th January.
Since then, I was in constant contact with them, asking for updates regarding my order.
on 26th January, I eventually got a tracking number - marked as DHL but it was actually EVRI (ugh)
I checked the tracking and it just did not move. It only showed that the shipment was created but not handed over to the courier.
I chased the company and they claimed it will be delivered on 3rd Feb for sure. That day came and went and no delivery.
Contacted them again and they said it will be delivered on 6th Feb - but it also didn't happen.
I am done now with them making excuses and not delivering.
I contacted my credit card provider and marked them as a scam.
I usually prefer to buy from independent businesses, but this headache is not worth it.
I found the exact same dog-bed now on amazon for the same price and got it delivered within a day.
