I highly recommend Louella Belle..

Super easy to order
Super easy to order! My parcel was misplaced by the post office but I contacted customer service and they were able to help me very efficiently and were very friendly.
Items were securely packaged as well.

Once again great delivery. The colours I received are very pigmented and my clients love them. Now to save a few more pennies so I can buy more. My aim is to buy the whole lot 😁
