Gave great names of agencies.
It made it easier to find the right care, otherwise it would mean having to search every care agency in the area. It was a daunting thought on where to begin to search. Lottie made it so much easier & gave very good agencies to contact. Highly recommend using Lottie. Thank you so much.😀

Very efficient and quick

They have provided a service that
helped and supported me looking for a home suitable for my mum and dad living with dementia.
Finding the time to search for the right home was and still is hard.

Visited Lucton House.
Visited Lucton House Monday 13th oct. Looks good for my respite incase i should need it after my operation on 29th oct. I should bein hospital ror 3-5 days and if needed Robbie told me i can stay there for a week or longer if needed and at short notice in emergencie. Its just reassuring to know that i can have a nice place to recover. Thank you for sorting this home if i should need it.

A friend sent the link and I just…
A friend sent the link and I just followed the questions and got to posting a job requirement for the needs that were specific to us. Then the options were available. You do have to set up an account with your email and a password but after that care packages or carers were available. The hardest part is choosing your best option. But a customer care assistant calls you to offer support with the process.Thank you Lottie especially Eva at Lottie.

Monica the home manager was very welcoming and informative, she understood our needs and put us at ease, she showed us round and myself and my sister were very impressed with the layout , decor and general warm feeling the home gave us.
