This is the second order I have placed and still not received, one in March and one last week. It’s not even been dispatched. I have emailed and rang - the phone line goes dead. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

Stay away!!
Still awaiting refund after being promised by both Fiona and Max. Ordered a simple planter and was never delivered. After several excuses, I was offered a refund. I still haven't received any money back.

I purchased 16 Valentia Candlestick.
I purchased 16 Valentia Candlestick - Clear Glass (23cm) and £120.84 on 23/06/24 for my son's wedding. It said UK mainland would take 4 days. I have heard nothing from them since I paid. This will ruined my son's wedding!
