Well packaged, nice little zip up bag. Size was as expected. Quality appears to be good. I am very hapy with it overall. Have worn in shower and swimming with no evident tarnish. Delivery took a while otherwise very happy!
The jewelry is high quality and arrived in a fancy box to match. The customer service is excellent! I had a couple issues with my order, (my mistakes) and I contacted customer service. Holly Barker was my customer service representative and was emailing me back and forth. She took very good care of me. Holly was extremely helpful, professional and really cared about my experience. This was my first purchase from Lost Arcane. I am very happy with the product and service! Highly recommend Lost Arcane. I bought four pendants for me and my children.
Very happy, well presented and finished. The boxes it arrived in are just top notch. I certainly would recommend this company to my friends.
I know the history of the helmet, it would be nice if it came with a sheet, to explain its origin, to people that might not know the history.
The pendant on the website stated no dimensions, only what I found out later when received, was an enlarged view of it. So, I was disappointed when it was very small in size. It did come with a decent chain and a very impressive gift box, though. I contacted the customer service about it, and they were very gracious and responsive in refunding me.
