1. Initial Verification Deposit ($151): I needed to deposit $151 just to “verify” my account.
2. Wallet Verification Deposit ($200): After verifying my account, they told me I now had to deposit another $200 to “verify my external wallet,” without any clear reason.
3. VIP Status Requirement (848 XP = $848): Once I finally completed those steps, I was told that because my balance had exceeded $11,000 and I’d been a member for less than 60 days, I must purchase “Silver VIP status” by depositing an additional $848 (1 XP = $1) before I could withdraw.
4. No Transparency or Alternatives: At every turn, although support claimed this was an automatic, decentralized security protocol, they offered no option other than depositing more money. When I asked about earning XP through gameplay, I was bluntly told that XP can only be obtained via deposits.
