I have bought a corduroy blazer jacket and a waistcoat for £60 from Loravelle. Only the jacket arrived and it looked and felt like a rag.
I asked for a refund, as i wanted to return it.
They offered me some money back but i was not interested and i returned it to “China”, mind you the company operates from Europe.
Now they say that I would get back only € 10 after they pay for taxes!! It is an absolute scam.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Item arrived (£49 shoes recused from over £100). Made of cheap material, definitely not orthopaedic.

Refund policy (only found when googling as the item comes with no information). Items in the sale cannot be refunded, ALL ITEMS ON THE SITE ARE IN THE SALE!!! Huge scam.

As many others have noted: this is a complete SCAM company, using photos of other companies but sending their own customers absolute garbage.

I had ordered a pair of sandals, and did get a pair of sandals, (if you can call them that). The ones I received did in no way resemble what was displayed on their website or in their description. Not leather! To make matters worse the plastic stunk up a whole room. So poor quality they are not fit for purpose.

I noticed they had ripped of photos from Taos, (a reputable shoe manufacturer), used photos belonging to Taos but sending their own customers cheap plastic... They don't even have the decency to make an okay copy - UTTER RUBBISH FIT FOR THE BIN. No refund, and you have to pay yourself to send it back.

Less than 1 star. Product not as described and of poor quality. Returns and refund policy is very difficult to use. Difficult making contact with customer service and they requested that the goods be posted back to a china at the customers expense with no guarantee that a full refund would be given. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I thought the items I purchased were being shipped from the Netherlands but in fact they came from China! No labels inside the garments so no confirmation of the material or how to wash or dry clean. Wanted to return the goods. Loravelle offered extra discount rather than returning the goods but I did not want the garments so I posted them back to China marked as goods returned. The parcel was stuck in Chinese customs then returned to me in the UK so I am now stuck with garments I do not want. Loravelle is well aware that it is very difficult to return goods to China. I say this is a SCAM and Loravelle is to be avoided.

I ordered 3 sports jackets from this company over 2 months ago.
They immediately advised one of the items was out of stock and I would get a refund.
I did try to cancel the order almost immediately when I discovered they were based in China and I would have issues with any returns. Thier website states quite clearly that I can cancel within 14 days if I am in the UK and/or EU.
I eventually got a parcel from the company which included 2 t shirts instead of jackets and have raised an issue with Paypal to no avail. The tracking service suggests they have delivered the products and I have sent photographs to the contrary.
The company keeps promising my refund is forthcoming within 3-5 business days for the last 6 weeks and now no response since a week and a half.
I am now £161 out of pocket and have 2 t shirts I could get from Asda for £7.

In my experience do not trust this company. I returned 2 items over 6 weeks ago for a full refund they still insist they have not received them. If I could give a zero rating I would . I will never buy from them again.

Absolute scam.. I tried to cancel the order 10 minutes after placing it and they replied about 6 hours later saying the cancellation window was 5 minutes even though they took 5 or 6 days before they even sent the order.. They sent me a screen grab of the website paragraph that allegedly said no cancellations after 5 minutes but I looked at the website at the same paragraph and it immediately became clear they added that clause to the image they sent me as it does not appear on the actual website. Now the item (Mens cargo Shorts) has arrived and they are absolute rubbish.. Cheap flimsy material more like underwear that a proper outer garment.. I will chase them to the ends of the earth through my credit card provider as I am fully expecting them to try and frustrate me out of taking further action.. I will also contact UK and EU online trading standards about this..

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SCAMMERS. Wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order. Long delivery time, poor quality, poor sizing and horrendous return experience. Company is Chinese NOT in the Netherlands.

Have done three purchases so far with loravelle the delivery took a bit longer for the first time with no tracking number or delivery update but the product arrived in a good state, great quality product but the trousers was a bit tight for my son. I sized up for the second purchase and my son is happy with his short and shirt set and the delivery was on time i was getting updated and could track my order same and had the same experience with my third purchase. I’m looking forward to more purchases. Jolie

If I could give them no stars I would cheap product very small sizes offer 20% refund keep products no chance I’ll have my money back and by the way the address says the Netherlands no they are a Chinese company don’t do it

Absolute scam site. Market square clothes cheaply made. not worth the money I spent. Claimed to be sent by the Netherlands but I expect that's a scam address. avoid this company if you want to keep your hard earned money.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with...avoid them at all cost!! It takes weeks to arrive and then when it comes it's terrible quality and nothing like shown on the website...a Chinese scam!!!
And then if you try and get a refund you are back and forth on email and for nothing! They then have the audacity to make you pay to send it back to China!! Never buy from them!

It's a chinese scam, avoid, avoid avoid!!

modus operandi
• Present a UK/EU website with attractive products
• Offer free shipping in a few days (it takes 2 weeks)
• Deliver random items – wrong sizes, colours & material (very poor quality)
• When you try to return they offer 10, then 20, up to 50% discount if you keep the items or return (at your cost) to china

It's a slick, well presented scam. Don't (like me) be fooled.

AVOID at any cost!! Ordered a prom dress for my daughter, it took 3 weeks to arrive. We had no idea it's coming from China and then it was very bad quality. Then I asked to return it and they kept asking all sorts of questions and then offered me 10% refund instead of return. Absolute scam.

I should have read reviews!!! Really poor quality shoes sent in wrong size… now they are asking me to press a link and pay £9.95 for another pair and I do t have to send the ones I’ve been sent in error back!! I’m going to block emails and put down to experience!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Takes AGES to come then when it does the quality is absolutely nothing like what you see online!
Then when you ask for a refund they just keep emailing back to offer 10,20, 30% refunds and telling you it’s costly to send back.
I ended up accepting a 50% refund but then have never received it!

Sizes were all wrong. Customers service was a joke.
They blamed it on me for not ordering the right size and refused to refund my money. I wish I read the reviews on here first before ordering anything of this website. AVOID!!!
