The shoes I ordered came from China not the Netherlands. The quality of the shoes is awful. They are determined to keep your money by making returns and refunds difficult and expensive. Frankly it’s a scam. I will never see my money again, maybe a 20% refund= 80% loss and unwearable pair of shoes

Please avoid this company. The website is very misleading and looks great. I made the mistake of not reading these reviews before ordering. I ordered a dress for £40. Shipping was very long - turns out everything comes from China. The item arrived in a bag similar to shein and was AWFUL quality and see through. I was so disappointed and could have bought nicer for a fraction of the price from shein! Then to top it all off you have to email them to return the item. The company will not give you a full refund. They email back and fourth saying they can only offer you 20-40% of your money back or will only offer a full refund if you send the item all the way back to China and pay for the shipping. Please dont fall for this scam. Totally disappointed and companies like this should not exist.

Same as everyone else poor quality and impossible to return for a refund.
They are an aweful company and wish I had checked up on them.

I might as well of thrown the £39.00 in the bin and I am sure it will cost me to return them with no sign of a refund.

Absolutely liers, their website states they are in Netherlands but it is a lie. I order 2 pairs of footwear. The somehow duplicated my order on their system, which was a system error and sent me duplicate items. I asked to return them and get refund for one set, they said I had to pay international shipping and kept offer discount to not return it back. The error is theres and they want me to pay for shipment back to China. No where on their website returns policy says shipment is to China. They know what they are doing is cheating and lying to consumers. They should be shut down and not allowed to trade. They are not based and their website completely misleads consumers.

They stopped replying to all my messages and emails they show pictures of original goods then copy them they are fake do not buy they lie Saying you can return then they don’t send link to return for refund all crap ibought shoes and they smelt fishy and was not a good fit they need closings down

Horrendous...I wish I'd read trustpilot first.

These guys are not UK based. Items do not originate from UK and take weeks to arrive (I haven't received mine as I am leaving the country and hadn't expected it to take 3 weeks for delivery).

They can't cancel the order though, as it is already "fulfilled".

By that I assume shipped from China or India where production costs are lower.

Do not use this site! Appalling! I ordered "Orthopedic trainers" - the smell of plastic and synthetic materials almost made me sick. I dread to think of what the poor people working to produce them were subjected to. I tried to request a refund, but gave up after many emails (they kept offering me 10%, then 20% etc of a refund) They literally wore me down. The trainers have never been worn and will be going into the recycle bin. And I paid £38 for rubbish. Avoid this site at all costs!

Beware- DO NOT BUY - This is a scam.

Do not order from this company. Items bad quality, don't fit. Also very difficult to get a refund. Then they have delay tactics with Th endless email ping pong to get exchanges. Do yourself a favour and give them a miss.

Very poor quality, refund is taking ages. I have been promised i will have the money ib 5 days and after 3 weeks still nothing. This is a fraud! Stay away.

Appalling!
Ordered a cashmere jumper.
A jumper made of 50% viscose,28% BPT and 22% nylon arrived. Is this cashmere? Hardly!
Requested a 100% refund as they had mis-sold a product. I was offered a 40% refund and told there was no need to return garment. Eventually, they agreed a 70% refund.
They strongly discouraged returning the item to the place of origin - China!. But I did. It eventually came back. I was told the paperwork I had submitted was insufficient even though the office in the Netherlands, always super polite, had guided me through the returns process.
Avoid purchasing from Loravelle like the plague.

Loravelle mis-sold me a 100% polyester shirt as a pure cotton shirt. When I paid postage (to China!!) for a refund, the package was sent back to me. Then they refused to give a full refund and claimed it was a ‘misunderstanding’ about global standards for textiles.

Purchased a coat of them recently, the coat is of generally poor quality and fit, I’m trying to return it, and am being told to take pics, I’ve quoted my statutory rights, and now they are saying they will refund me 10% and I can buy a better fitting coat for £14.95, or I will have pay to have the coat sent to their international warehouse for processing, stay away from this company, poor customer service and poor quality.

Not 100% cashmere as suggested on the website, no labels in the clothing, and actually based in China, not the Netherlands. Sizing is completely off and there's nothing good I can say about the company. No fee returns. Avoid.

This company uses fake, photoshopped & enhanced photos to advertise their poor quality items at high prices allegedly reduced in a sale. They claim to be based in the Netherlands but in fact are based in China as that’s where returns would have to be sent if not happy with their cheap quality goods. I paid over £35 for shoes that you could get at a market stall for around £8, so beware before purchasing anything from them. I failed to do my due diligence on the company, don’t fall into the same trap.

If I could give zero I would, avoid this so called Netherlands based company at all costs!!! I purchased some so called orthopaedic cork wedged mules on 10 July received on 18 July 25 after wearing 3 times a stone penetrated the very flimsy sole only to find the base was hollow and not solid cork on the 4th time of wearing the flimsy sole came apart from the shoe base so I requested a refund and their answer was they only give a refund of 30 % of original price paid would not be able to do this if purchased from a Uk based supplier but because Loravelle.com claim to be in Netherlands I thought it would be trustworthy thankfully it was only 39.95 I’ve potentially lost please avoid this company I repeat once again I wished I’d read the trust pilot reviews before I made my purchase !!!!
