Refusal of payout and locked my account
I won a $3,000 prize on 30 Jan 2026. Lootly refused to pay out, citing a backend failure, and later locked my account.

UPDATE:
They paid, but they took more than $1 in fee. And they didn't say anything about the delay, they didn't answer emails and they didn't answer the messages in support.
Terrible experience. I made an offer, I was paid by the advertiser of the offer and the site doesn't want to pass on my money. I requested the withdrawal on May 28 and so far I haven't received anything. I sent an email, sent a message to support and no one answers. And the worst thing is that I know who is behind the site, what amazes me is the person getting dirty for so little.

Same as with the other 1 star reviewer, Juan. Started and did a task on the offerwall offertoro and the reached goals were shown as completed but no payment arrived on my lootly account.
No response after writing to contact and opening a ticket either.

Mal uso de su sitio
Complete una oferta en la pestaña de los muros de oferta y nunca fue abonada a la cuenta principal aunque si lo estaban pagadas por el proveedor. Use sus dos opciones de contacto al soporte y el ticket y nunca recibi respuesta, asi que esa pestaña podria ser un adorno.

The reward was suddenly granted three weeks later.
