Completely ignored by customer service. Got asked for this review before even answering me. My first message was almost a week ago, and my second one yesterday. Nothing in response, so there's only one accurate rating to give Looper customer service. I can't give a 0, so it's 1 star instead. I'm also not a fan of the fake sales notifications. All orders are paused, so no one is buying anything.. meaning every "So and so just bought" is fake. Maybe don't ask for a review of your customer service before bothering to give any. I would have definitely rated this differently.

Always great quality products, and shipping seems to have gotten quicker. Keep up the great work!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I placed an order and later contacted customer service to update my shipping address. I received confirmation that the address change had been processed. Despite that confirmation, my order was still shipped to the original address.

When I contacted the company about the issue, they reviewed the situation, acknowledged that the mistake was theirs, accepted full responsibility, and promised to send a replacement order to the correct address at no additional cost. They also stated that I would receive updated shipping information once the replacement order was processed.

Since then, I have received no shipping confirmation, no tracking information, and no response to my follow-up inquiries.

Mistakes happen, and I would have been understanding if the issue had been resolved promptly. What has been frustrating is the lack of communication after the company acknowledged the error and promised a solution.

I spent a significant amount of money with this company and expected better customer service. At this point, I am left without the product I paid for and without any meaningful update on when—or if—the replacement order will be shipped.

I hope this review encourages the company to improve its communication and follow through on commitments made to customers.

Looper is definitely the best brand around. Smoking over 100 disposables andpre rolls since spring of 2021 never had any health issues like respiratory. Or anything drank about 50 4pks of looper soda pop and a few jars of gummies everything, everytime works great and gets you fadded, they leave me feeling alot better mental health wise.

I have to say I was pissed. I ordered and 5 days went by they didn't even package it yet, and charged me an 8 dollar signing fee. So a couple more days went by I'm irate I would of just went to the smoke shop ya know. Turns out they had a problem at the wearhouse and I'm like why is that my problem refund please I'll go somewhere else. Well the refunded me completely with no problem almost instantly. A week goes by and the order still came. They still sent it and I was not expecting that at all I was all done. I was never going to order from them again. But they sent the order it was like 60 bucks I know it's not much but wow. What a class act man they still sent it so I appreciate the hell out of looper and will continue to support them they are the #1 when it comes to these products I m telling you

added 3 gummies to a Mountain Lightning in a small cup and boiled it. stir and let chill. then enjoy the 1600mg drink.

orders from initial purchase to receiving shipment goes well enough,was disappointed in customer service though. One order totaling $50 was sent to wrong address & wasn’t reimbursed even though I sent several emails before shipment was sent. Product is great so willing to overlook this once. Also did not receive my free package of gummies with last order.

Great price well shipped but shipping takes little bit to long takes a week and I live no more than 6 hours drive time away!

I have been enjoying leafy greens for at least 35 years. I enjoyed Looper gummies so I thought I'd try prerolls. Way harsh. So I emptied it and used my bowl. After a day of puffing, my throat is sore, I can't stop coughing, im blowing green goo out of my nose. No I'm not sick. I dont know what additives are in this thing but im terrified to ever try you again. What shape will my respiratory system be in if I finish these 14 prerolls? Ill stick to my local headshop. The high is so-so. Even if I wasn't coughing up nightmares, I wouldn't buy again.

But every month in batches good product and good service even hellong fix orders in record time. Keep it up guys n keep fighting the fight against this goofy government tryna make it harder to push yah product legally.
