Easy ordering, delivery on time, n0 problems.

It never arrived , I was promised refund however this had never arrived either so need to chase this . Not good service

I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. I'm still waiting for my order. It's still hasn't been processed for over a week now, when iv contacted the site, when iv gone through the email link to the site it takes me to a gambling website an has nothing to do with beauty products in the slightest. Stay well away

I order 2 bottles of purfume only one arrived
I sent proof of packing 2 wouldn’t fit it had the weight on the box it was clear it was only ever 1 bottle in there
This company asked would I like refund or replace then nothing- no further contact
I will take this up with my bank- but wanted to warn people such bad customer service

Really nice cream, subtly scented & well absorbed into the skin. Has a noticeable effect on both hand & nail.
I intend to use this from now on.

Ordered aftershave, nothing, estimated delivery date passed, nothing. Emailed my order no only to be told despite being “promptly dispatched” my order appeared to have disappeared and I was sent back my money. I’m yet to receive it 5 days later but all in all a terrible experience with this company.

Delivery promised before Christmas- didn't arrive; after complaining I was told it would arrive early in the new year...it hasn't and tracking information was not sent. I was told on Wednesday 7th that I would have it by today (10th January)- nothing has appeared. I'm a very unhappy customer.

Quick and easy from purchasing to delivery

This company is a complete & utter scam!! I ordered perfume on the 28th of December which was supposed to be delivered between the 5th & 7th of January (last day was yesterday) and it hasn’t arrived. I contacted the company and an email came through straight after saying it was dispatched with a Royal Mail tracking code however this has never updated and always says that they’re still waiting to receive item from seller. Stay well away!! I’m now going through the fraud department with my bank as this company needs shutting down!

I have ordered my item on 28th of December, 2025 and i were given delivery dates 5-7 January (that means today was last day), but I did not receive any updates, that thee parcel was dispatched ect. Today I contacted them about any updates, and then just after I had an email, that the item was despatched!!
Seriously? I regret i did not read the reviews befor I placed my order.

Excellent quick delivery! Very easy to use website, a pleasure to use.

This company breached consumer contract by stating my order would arrive by Christmas. I ordered in plenty of time but the perfume did not arrive at all. Eventually told my order 'may have encountered issues in transit'. Refunded weeks later after I complained. My elderly mother didn't get her Christmas present and joins the long list of people let down and upset by this incompetent bunch.
