My parcel was lost by evri tried at least a dozen times to get in touch with Lookerio but no phone number only a contact form which has been completely ignored for over a week which I been trying numerous times every day I paid my fee now completely ignored all my attempts to contact them

Unfortunately appalling customer service. You get five days to decide after you receive your parcel, otherwise they will charge for all items.
I was on holiday when my parcel arrived, so contacted them several times to try and get an extension to this deadline. It's been two weeks and I still have not heard anything. I had to send everything back even though there were a couple of pieces I wanted to keep.
I would certainly avoid in the future - imagine I would have waited and they'd charged me almost £200 pounds for the box with no way of getting in touch to retrieve the money.

First box was mediocre despite a very descriptive profile. I kept a couple of items but the rest were either dreadful quality or not a match for my style at all. Second box didn’t turn up, I contacted them but they didn’t do anything nor did they refund the £10 styling fee. They then went on to take another £10 fee and once again, no delivery. I’ve reached out to customer service four times and they don’t respond. I’ve now had to raise a chargeback via the bank to get the funds back. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE IS MY ADVICE!!

Avoid! Box damaged on delivery. All items were present but returns label/bag missing. Have submitted 13 support emails over the past 2 weeks via their website requesting a replacement returns label and have yet to receive a single response outside of the automated 'we've received your message'. Absolutely atrocious service - very annoyed!

Under no circumstances sign up with Lookeiro. Customer services does not exist! I was sent faulty goods and they charged me for them. I have tried to cancel and they won't let me. I've emailed them multiple times but had no responses. They are now sending me clothes which I do not want! I have no idea how to get out of this subscription!

Don't bother with customer service
Had no trouble and was enjoying the boxes until my last one which I sent back complete and they told me that not everything was in the box when they received it they charged me £22.39 I've sent them so many emails demanding the money back which they took from me for no reason they have never got back to me so beware bad customer service and untrustworthy

Don’t sign up for this - I cancelled my subscription in January (have proof in response letter) a couple days ago they took £10 from my account and say they’re sending a box. I have e mailed several times with no response. Now I hear from Evri that they will be delivering my parcel. I’m away until end June so will not receive it - it’s unsolicited goods.
there’s a FB group for people with very similar issues and nearly all the comments on Lookeiro FB page seem negative.

Terrible!!
Terrible!!! They charged me £10 in January and failed to deliver any items. Then they make it impossible to remove your data from their system or close your account which is breach of GDPR.
They charged me another £10 in April, again no items are received and they then charge me for the clothes I have no received!!!
£151.96 stolen, can’t get hold of anyone, still can’t remove my details. Absolute scam!!
BEWARE - you won’t receive clothes and they’ll charge you for nothing and keep your details. AVOID!!!

I have been a loyal customer for a few years and never before had a problem until now. They did not receive my return as it was sent by the wrong courier. They tried to take £240 from my bank account but I had already paid £81 of that amount due to the items I was keeping. Due to me messing up the courier I asked if they would allow me to pay the rest ( which I do not actually have) at the end of the month when I get paid. I have sent many emails, they have ignored all my requests and just demanding I pay tomorrow!! What a cold hearted company. They have lost my service, which I told them and they don’t seem to care. I am so disappointed by them.

I ordered from them for the first time. The order didn’t come on time but after I contacted them they replied straight away.
The items arrived and not one was to my taste or style. So I commented on every item and returned them all in their bag.
Next thing I know they say I’ve only sent 2 items back and took over £100 out of my account and funnily enough they are ignoring me.
There are no contact details I’m stuck. Please think carefully before using this service. I paid over £100 for nothing and the items that I’m supposed to have kept were poor quality cheap items and awful colours.

Trying to take £188 out of my account had 2 boxes and returned all items... why are they trying to take £188! Would love to no how they think I've spent £188!! They've been unsuccessful as money is in savers and good job it is otherwise they'd be successful of robbing me!!! So angry
