There's no contact email or phone number given - i know thats a red flag and should have noticed!!! The online chat ends the chat abruptly without resolving, and theres no way to open a further conversation. I want a refund.

If I could leave zero stars I would! It is shocking this company is allowed to exist under UK consumer law, my right has been breached by Lookfantastic UK for non delivery of goods! This company is a scam, it draws you in with fabulous offers and uses a delivery company which for what ever reason sends you a PIN code hours after the delivery man arrived only to inform you he can't leave my item because he doesn't have a PIN, twice a PIN was requested and twice the message received was we will deliver you item and no PIN sent, therefore making it impossible for me to get my order. I raised this with the customer service app and apparently they're investigating, days have gone by and I haven't heard anything. I will be after a refund based on my statutory right as the good was not delivered. I wish I had seen all these reviews before I made my purchase. I will never buy from Lookfantastic again!

This company I will never deal with again. Customer service is impossible to get in touch with and the chat service is useless. Couldn’t find a telephone number as I really needed to speak to someone. Just spent the most frustrating hr of my life !! Never again.

Ordered through TikTok and returned the whole order but only refunded for 2 items. Emailed to complain & received no response. TikTok team are ignoring me and so are the X team passing me back to TikTok constantly who are refusing to help. Disgusting company and won’t be ordering again!

Extremely disappointing experience with Lookfantastic.
I received an order with over £100 worth of items missing. I contacted customer service immediately and was initially told by a member of staff that a replacement would be dispatched. However, after following up, I was suddenly told that their “investigation” found no issue, the decision could not be overturned, and my account has now been closed.
As a customer who has been ordering from Lookfantastic for years, this is incredibly unprofessional. I raised the issue in good faith because I genuinely did not receive the items I paid for, yet instead of resolving the problem, they dismissed my claim and closed my account.
Being left out of pocket for goods I never received is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering, as customer support has been extremely unhelpful in resolving what should have been a straightforward issue.

Awful customer service.
Very slow to respond, unable to telephone to speak to anyone.
My account has been hacked and money spent on my credit card - no one seemed to care !!!!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service- all you get is the same copy-and-paste automated response from a different person each time. No one cares or follows up, and I have now had to pay for a £100+ lost parcel, which was entirely down to their returns system. Despite attempting to raise a formal complaint and following up multiple times, I have been consistently ignored for nearly a month. Will never use them again, and I will be warning others of this company that doesn't care at all about its customers.

Can’t even get on their website. Had a bizarre message pop up saying my ISP is malicious. Errrm right….just a standard user, using a standard IPhone….guess I’ll take my business elsewhere

I have been buying from Lookfantastic for many years and I was really disappointed by the lack of communication with the last purchase. I have ordered a gift of their website on the 30th of January. Was checking the status of the item, it was dispatched promptly, however, it was lost in the post. I have sent multiple text messages asking for an update, asking to dispatch another item, as it was a gift. Today is 11th of February, no item and no refund. Was told that a new item will be dispatched and nothing came through. Very disappointed, should have bought from Boots or other retailers.

This is very nasty company, I claimed for missing items, then they gave quickly response that decided to close my account , said things like CCTV showed everything was packed, I told them that the package has some scratches on the side! How they ensure everything during the transit . I would not recommend to anyone this company, get away from them, better shop with boots or Sephora !

I can honestly say this is one of the most stressful and frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
There is no customer service phone number, so you are forced into endless back-and-forth messages that go nowhere. I have had to write an unreasonable number of emails, only to receive generic, dismissive replies that do not acknowledge the facts of my case.
I placed a bulk Christmas order with Look Fantastic. Several items were missing from the delivery. Before Christmas, customer service acknowledged in writing that the items were not available and said they would be sent later. After that, they completely changed their position and claimed everything had been packed and delivered - which is simply untrue. Only 3 items arrived.
Despite clear explanations and repeated messages, they now insist the order was complete and refuse to take responsibility. This directly contradicts their earlier acknowledgement. It feels dishonest at best.
They have taken £261.75 of my money, and I am still without the missing items or a refund. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against ordering Christmas gifts or bulk orders from Look Fantastic. If something goes wrong, be prepared for stress, delays, and a complete lack of accountability.
Judging by other reviews, this is not an isolated issue. The customer service process is exhausting, unhelpful, and frankly unacceptable. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have been locked out of my account since Christmas. I received emails yet I am not recognised when trying to sign in. I tried everything my end...I have contacted customer service several times to no avail. Absolutely dreadful service, constantly repeating yourself. Giving your details over and over again. They clearly have no care for their customers.

I ordered two items for my grandchildren for Christmas, which arrived to late and I now need to return.
What a palaver
No confirmation of purchase received, so no info to arrange return and refund,tried to chase order in various ways on customer services portal with no response and telephone contact numbers are not in service.
I've emailed. No response
its been a stressful experience and very time consuming
