I like your speed of delivery, however, for little products, you used a big box with so many papers to wrap it, it's absolutely not environmentally friendly, can you use a smaller box, no need so many papers?? Also, I forget my password, and I have great difficulty to reset my password. Other than these, all are great! Your products are good!
