I've only ever had to return a single item once due to a manufacturing issue and the return was dealt with quickly and professionally. Well recommended.

Always been one of my “go to” retailers for Airsoft sniper parts. Orders have always been processed quickly, efficiently and if there has been any issues Jason has always phoned in advance to let me know. Having used longbow since 2020, the 1 star reviews left recently sound off and are likely because the reviewer themselves showing little or no respect to an individual running a business on their own. I’ve pre ordered items, had RIFs serviced, and I also have many friends in the Airsoft community who also use Longbow.

Bought several rifles from longbow since and never had a problem ! Jason also services all the guns purchased , which saves me having to meddle with them lol .

I ordered a suppressor. They warned me it was pre-ordered and I'd have to wait. I waited for the first week, no news on the tracking number. The second week, no news. I wrote to them, but they kept saying nothing. They only responded when I threatened to file for a refund. The seller said they didn't know when the item would arrive at the warehouse. I wanted to pay extra and choose another one they had in stock. They ignored me again. I threatened to write to the bank for a refund and contact a consumer protection agency. They said they sent the money and wrote "Go away little man " In fact, this isn't a commercial store. It looks like a schoolboy trying to make money in a garage.
Update: 28 june. Still no money back.

TLDR: The worst experience I have received from a company/individual. Spend your money with a company who appreciates your custom.
Purchased a custom Levar rifle from Longbow BB and unfortunately the experience quickly turned sour.
The rifle arrived faulty straight out of the box and would not function correctly air was leaking from a damaged o'ring which was upgraded. After reporting the issue, communication became increasingly hostile and unprofessional, He does not answer the phone, I spent 3 hours waiting on his live chat that said "live" I left a message only to be told later that I was pestering him.
Once communication was eventually established, I initially requested a repair and was willing to work with the seller, however I was met with resistance over arranging collection of a faulty item, despite consumer rights clearly stating retailers are responsible for return costs and i liable for the return of faulty goods. Communication then deteriorated further, instead of focusing on resolving the fault, I was repeatedly accused of causing damage despite the item being faulty upon arrival and returned almost immediately with indirect accusations, dismissive responses, and comments such as “I look forwards to never having to deal with you again.” .
After the rifle was returned, the seller claimed there were cosmetic marks caused during my ownership and refused to issue a refund because the item was allegedly no longer in “resell-able condition.” The marks referenced were around operational areas of the rifle that would naturally be used during assembly and testing, yet I was expected to accept responsibility without any proof of the rifle’s condition before dispatch. I have since built the same rifle myself to the same spec and there was no marks so it even strengthens my feeling that I did not cause these marks.
The final response I received was particularly disappointing, ending with “This is all I have to say on the matter and will not be responding any further.”
Once I received the rifle the second time the original fault was repaired but the rifle would not feet correctly. Bringing me to the conclusion that the rifle was not tested at all before shipping, a service that i paid for. I tried to communicate this to the seller but was ignored, I therefore had to request a charge back through my bank to retrieve the funds which wasted 8 weeks of my time.
Regardless of the product itself, customer service and aftersales support are extremely important when purchasing high-value custom items. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed, blamed for a faulty product, and with very little confidence in the warranty or support process going forward.
I cannot recommend based on my experience.
In response to you reply:
It was you who quite clearly didn't instal the o'ring correctly as that was the issue with the rifle, you never showed any video of damage, just a few photos which could have quite easily taken place before i ever received it and tried to blame me. When you asked me to return it and i politely pointed out to you that it is your responsibility to arrange the collection of the faulty item, it was YOU who became difficult, saying you will collect and refund me instead and when i agreed to this you then start mentioning any marks. Throughout our entire communication you not once apologised for any of the inconvenience cause which just goes to show how entitled you think you are and i hope this review will stop any potential future customers from purchasing with you.
At then end of the day i made a claim through my bank, i submitted my evidence, you submitted yours, The bank ruled in my favour and you had to come crawling back to me to arrange the collection of your inadequate product. You failed, take it as a life lesson and learn from it. You might become a better person but i doubt it.

I bought a custom levar from Jason, he called me.back after my initial.enquiry and updated me on the expected delivery times as he was waiting on a shipment. It still arrived in plenty of time for my weekend game. Unfortunately post chrono it developed a fault. No blame to Jason as it was working perfectly and had been well tested by both himself and I. When I reached out he responded quickly, spent a good 30 minutes facetime trying to see what the problem was and when I shipped it back he repaired the fault and had it back to me in 4 days. Brilliant customer service keeping me jnformed and upgraded my bb order too. Really knows his stuff, excellent service and will become a regular for his bb's. The pew is lovely and working fine. Definitely recommend him ( had to argue with him about the invoice, he wouldn't charge me labour costs for the upgrades I had added whilst it was being fixed and refused the offer I made to pay for shipping the pew back to him. (I was happy to do so as it was one of those teething problems that could have been user error ! )

I enquired about a custom sniper pre order from longbow, I was definitely not expecting to have the rifle only half a week later before my game day. I didn’t exactly give Jason much notice, he’s smashed it and I couldn’t be happier. I do all my tech work myself I have tons of experience I am not ashamed to say that Jason is on another level. Upgraded airsoft guns are certainly worth it ultimately you will spend x2 more than the cost of parts once you’ve destroyed the next piece upgrading the last.
Don’t let the pre order statement scare you I got it faster than Defcon send a normal rifle out. Many Thanks Ross

So I’ve had 2 snipers custom built by Jason and they are exceptional. The first one I had built had a slight issue with the power but Jason sorted everything out free of charge. Sometimes messages can be a little slow but I’m sure he does everything in his own and there aren’t too bad. Overall great shop would recommend.
The order finally arrived after about two months but was just in time for the wrapping up and birthday. All in perfect order and as described. Nice beginner bow ( Germany 🇩🇪 made) instructions in German which luckily we can read. Tested a few arrows and the quality is really good for the price. Guard and finger bucktrail also nice
