I had a highly disturbing experience with Stephen Gill. His behavior is incredibly unprofessional; he resorts to berating and belittling customers, and his conduct is completely unacceptable for a business owner. Beyond his hostile attitude, he openly expresses offensive personal opinions—including disparaging remarks about veterans—that have no place in a professional setting.
The business practices here are equally concerning. They lure you in but restrict what you can actually buy, making it feel like a bait-and-switch operation designed to drain your wallet. Furthermore, for someone claiming to work in the cyber/tech space, his technical skills seem incredibly outdated. Despite this, he openly made unhinged threats about hacking someone's data, which sounds like an admission of cybercrime.
Stephen is a loose cannon who is reckless, greedy, and completely unfit to run a business. Do yourself a favor and take your money absolutely anywhere else.
Avoid this place at all costs.
