Sam was absolutely brilliant: professional, clear, and extremely informative. He had just the right balance between seriousness and fun. I will definitely recommend him to other Heads of Year at the school, and the kids really enjoyed his session.

We are a group of 6 girls and we booked a class as an introduction to self defense. This was such an amazing session! Ethan was our instructor and he taught us practical and memorable techniques to protect ourselves. He gave very sound advice on how to react in a real life danger scenario, and the moves he taught us were simple but effective. Ethan was also very professional and respectful throughout the session. Would definitely recommend, every woman should do at least one class!!

We recently booked Ondrej to do a virtual self-defence session for our employees at Bauer Media. We discussed the content and messaging in advance to ensure it was suitable and agreed on practical and easy to learn techniques, focusing on mindset and questions of legality. Ondrej was a great instructor, the session was very informative and everyone enjoyed it. We hope to follow up with an in-person session in the future. Highly recommended.

Really great workshop I organised for a work social. Our instructor (Sam) was super funny and engaging for our group which has very different personalities.
Really loved how the workshop didn't just have a physical technique focus but also gave great advice on how we approach dangerous situations mentally.

I hired London Self Defense for my teenagers. Ethan was fantastic. He focused on prevention, posture and awareness, which for me was super important. My daughter felt confident and empowered. As well, she is much more aware of her surroundings and pays more attention. Defence is the best offence. And prevention trumps all. Both technically and philosophically this was a very positive training experience for my teens. They looked forward to the sessions and we will be booking a few more refreshers. Highly recommend.

I had five private classes with Ondrej in November 2021 and could not recommend him enough. I wanted to learn some self defense after a couple of friends had experienced assault and I learnt so much in a short time. Ondrej was very conscientious, repeatedly checking in to make sure that I was comfortable with elements that involved close contact and he tailored the classes to my speed. He is very friendly and I gained a lot of confidence from his teachings and his positivity. Would recommend these classes to anyone, particularly other women! Thanks again Ondrej!

Ondrej and his team started working with our school (all girls senior) last year. His approach to girls across year groups and their safety is pragmatic and sensible, as well as engaging and very good fun! I look forward to working with the London self defence academy in the future and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Ondrej ran a fantastic session for our students at UWL. The students were so engaged and really enjoyed learning the techniques. The instructor was very informative, and very thorough with the examples of the moves he demonstrated. The nature of the session is very serious and Ondrej struck the perfect balance between underpinning the important nature of self defence, but encouraging students to have a good time. Would book him again in a moment and would highly recommend do anyone looking for a self defence workshop!

I booked a group session for 8 girls, aged 10-13 and they thoroughly enjoyed it! They were all so enthused and brimming with information about what they learnt. Ondrej was a fabulous tutor, he was so calm and respectful.
The entire booking process was very easy and made so smooth, even with a last minute venue change. I was very impressed with every part of the process. Now the Adults are booking a session for ourselves!

Ondrej kindly arranged and hosted two corporate self defence classes for our company with his colleague Ethan, and they were absolutely brilliant. We had a smaller turnout for the first session and a larger turnout for the second session, and they took this in their stride and made sure that everybody felt comfortable and confident. They addressed all of our questions with practical and useful answers and information and showed us different defence moves for every kind of scenario that we could come up with. Myself and my colleagues left the session feeling so much more confident in our abilities against attackers and I genuinely will never forget what I learned. The YouTube videos are also great and I would be delighted to book again in the future. Thanks Ondrej, Ethan and LSDA for being such great teachers!

Ondrej was great! I booked him for a self defence class for my company, a mixed group of 16 people all with different worries. Ondrej addressed all with warmth and put everyone at ease. He dealt with questions really well and adjusted based on individual concerns. He showed us all different scenarios and how to deal with them. We had an hour and a half session and to be honest I think was too short. Would recommend a full 2 hours to go through the basics. I would highly recommend to other companies and friends. Thanks again the team found the session really useful given recent events in the news it’s so important to know the basics of self defence

Ondrej was absolutely brilliant in training our group the basics (and a few additions) in self defence. He understood the needs of those in attendance, was warm, knowledgeable, and makes sure the subject matter was neither frightening nor dismissed. I would highly recommend.

My family of 4 had a great self defence lesson with Ondrej today. We talked about how to avoid confrontation and then practiced what to do to if something bad ever happens. The lesson was helpful, fun and practical and we — 2 adults and 2 teens -- learned a lot. I highly recommend this introduction to self defence!

Ondrej has provided the most fantastic service for my school. He has given the whole of Year 11 a basic course in self-defence, and they loved every minute of it!

LondonSelfDefenceAcademy did a great job! We hired them for a two-hour event as part of a staff day, and everyone was well impressed. Ondrej was very professional arranging everything, on time and very courteous, and the price he offered was very competitive!

His team did a great job demonstrating self-defence techniques, and they even had a dedicated section for ladies, which was very well received, teaching them how to keep themselves safe on the streets of London.

Needless to say, we have already made another booking for next month!
