AVOID. I’ve been trying to book an appointment for my spectra peel which I have paid for possibly 4-5 years ago and each time I’ve been in touch with the call centre they tell me someone will call back to arrange an appointment and no one ever has. I recently received an email stating that they had some offers and to call the call centre again to book hoping to get my spectra peel since were coming out of lockdown and again I’ve had nothing. This clinic has gone down hill massively. Once I get my spectra peel done I won’t be returning again.

Great place for hair laser and skin care friendly atmosphere and wonderful staff I have very good experience with premier Laser Clinic I recommend the place to my friends and family.

From the receptionist, to the laser ladies I've been made to feel at ease.
I have been enjoying my treatments of laser hair removal at the Kingston branch - which is the closest branch to me.
All the ladies giving the treatment have been lovely, I have never been made to feel awkward or uncomfortable even though I am a very private person, and don't feel comfortable showing my body.
The process of laser hair removal I have for my underarms I have found it to be a painless and quick process.
The lockdowns have unfortunately interrupted my appointments, so I'm sure it will have impacted this hair loss journey of mine!

Good price but the experience I have varies each time depending on which technician takes the appointment - which also changes every time I go.

I've been a client of the London Soho clinic for some years now. I've been doing laser sessions to remove a tattoo and I'm very pleased with the results (the tattoo is almost gone). The staff is quite nice and it's very easy to book appointments around my schedule or change the bookings when needed.

Really happy with my treatment and have recommended to friends.

I am very happy with my experience at Laser Clinic. I usually go to the Soho one, the staff is very nice and have great knowledge. The results are amazing, my hair is almost completely gone after a view sessions only. Can highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get rid of their hair quickly!

The staff are lovely and always provide a great service. I once had a slightly sub standard experience and they addressed it immediately. Looking forward to next visit.

All the staff are extremely polite and helpful. This was my first time getting laser and from the consultation, all the practitioners have been very helpful in keeping me informed on expectations, different means of aftercare and making sure any and all questions I have are well answered. The reception staff as well are also very nice and accommodating in regards to booking appointments and any issues that come from that. I couldn’t recommend laser premier clinic enough and I’m excited for the end of my laser treatment.

Great experience, lovely ladies always very helpful.
The process of the laser treatment is very straight forward and each step is explained. From walking in you are greeted nicely and shown where to take a seat, they also have very clean toilets and offer you a drink.
You are then taken to the room and the experience is pleasant. All of the ladies have been helpful with the explanation of the process and are always careful and ask all questions to make sure you are not in pain and have a good experience overall.

I sent an email for an inquiry and I didn’t think i was going to get any response, but i was surprised on how quick i got a reply and the staff was really informative. Looking forward to when they open up and i go for my treatment am sure i will get an excellent service.

I have been with Premier Laser & Skin clinic in Liverpool street since 2017 for laser hair removal. I have experienced nothing but pleasant, highly knowledgable and skilled staff who are always careful and considered. They discuss options with you for your individual concerns and take your skin and hair colour into account for the effectiveness of type of laser. I will be staying with them for all of my laser hair removal treatments.

They clinic is extremely clean, well kept & aesthetically appealing. I have recommended a few people to this clinic as well and I am a loyal customer to this branch.

Honestly greying laser hair removal at Premier Laser Clinic was the best decision I’ve ever made. I’ve seen results at this clinic that other clinics failed to achieve. Their aestheticians are lovely and I enjoy all my treatments! I highly recommend this clinic because of their competitive prices, lovely service and results.

I visited the Liverpool Street clinic for Laser hair removal and a Carbon Laser facial. I was very happy with both services and purchased a laser hair removal package straight away so I will be back :)
