First top up session done after completing a 6 session cycle 2 years ago. Amazing results and very professional treatment. Diana was very friendly and welcoming and made the experience extremely smooth.

I was their customer for over 7 years! I also referred a few of my friends as I was so happy with the practitioner, I had a very positive experience with the practitioner, her name is Indigo, and good feedback the previous management, Daniella.
But sadly my recent dealing with the new management is the worst. I was always checking the number of packages with the manager until the new manager came in. then they did not let me complete my last session, although this was confirmed with the old manager, in writing!
Unfortunately, the complaint team is supporting the branch manager, instead of customers! so your complain would not change anything and the branch manager knows this.
so, I recommend using other clinics or maybe somewhere else for your laser, as you pay a lot of money and they promise you have a package with one extra session (advertisement) and they won't let you use your extra session!
Please avoid this branch and preferably this brand if you do not want to waste your time and money!

I have been having laser hair removal and Dermapen treatments with Marina from the Kingston Branch. Words are not enough to describe her great work, she is super friendly, efficient and gentle. I cannot thank her enough, she makes the whole procedure so easy and comfortable. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, she truly cares about her clients needs, before, during and after each session. She gives the best after care advice. She listens to my concerns and focuses more on my problem areas. I look forward to all my sessions. I cannot recommend Marina enough. She is simply the best! THANK YOU

After purchasing a course 6 sessions of laser hair removal in another clinic, I actually had more hair than before!.:.I have now had three sessions with Premier laser and the results are much are great much better than with the 6 I paid for elsewhere? Not sure how that works??

I had a laser hair removal session with Diana yesterday at the liverpool street branch. She was very thorough and ensured I was comfortable throughout, definitely want to see her again.

During my visit to Premier Skin and Laser Clinic in Kingston, I had a hydrofacial treatment done by Marina. Her exceptional skills and attentive approach made the treatment truly enjoyable. My skin had a radiant glow after the treatment.

Diane was really lovely and just made the experience that much more comfortable and relaxing. She made sure to go through the after care procedure very carefully and thoroughly with me. My first consultation with Diane was memorable and she made the third appointment very easy for me. She is absolutely lovely and a delight to spend time with. She knows what she is doing and always has the best tips for what to do to look after yourself after a laser treatment. I will make sure to ask for her again when i come back for my fourth appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE- terrible treatment and staff are dreadful!

Very poor service

I cancelled my appointment 4 days ahead of the date. I had to call again to confirm it was cancelled as no email confirmation was received. Two weeks later, still no refund - "there is a process to be followed" and a general dismissive and condescending attitude over the phone, coupled with ignoring emails, with the justification being given to me by the Fulham branch that "other companies take 3 months to refund". I've never encountered such a company, if true I guess there are even worse companies out there than Premier Laser Clinic. It's laughable really, they will take your money in seconds but take weeks to return it. For some reason, senior management has to be involved in a simple refund.

Be careful when purchasing something and be prepared to not receive your money back if you change your mind about treatment.

Diana was super professional and friendly. Just had my laser session at the Nottinghill branch. Been doing laser sessions for a while, and I am very happy with the results.

Clapham Common Premier Laser are a great clinic. They have w very welcoming and helpful reception team. All of the laser therapists are great and are very caring. Would highly recommend and they always have great sales on!

i do my sessions with sobhna in the kingston branch and she amazing, she gets the sessions done fast and gently and is very kind. overall i would definitely recommend premier laser to my friends and family.

Had a great experiance with all the staff especially Gosha who did my micro needling and laser hair removal and I had an amazing results.. she is very kind and super amazing and she is very experienced on the procedures she is doing

I had my first session at Premier laser clinic in Kingston with technicien Sobhna, and I cannot thank her enough, she was very gentle, very understanding and very patient with me, she took her time to make me confortable as I was bit anxious and therefore I really enjoyed my session . I had the best experience ever, the clinic is very clean, people professional and very friendly. Highly recommend you will not regret it.

Love Premier Laser I’m so happy with my results

Unfortunately a total waste of money. I paid for a full body course of 6: all my hair has now grown back.
Among the sessions I told many times to the technician that the situation was not improving and couldn't see any effect of the treatment. She didn't believe it, said that I didn't remember how my hair was. She didn't seem interested in my feedback.
I had the last session with a different technician who told me that the laser that I had in all the previous session was not strong enough and invited me to an extra free session. I didn't bother to go, I was so disappointed by the result and the waste of money that I decided not to go. My husband had exactly the same experience, with the same technician, even worse because his hair has grown back and much more.

I’m questioning the qualifications of their consultants. The consultant I saw was extremely condescending and passive aggressive. She got my skin type completely wrong- I have dry skin / sensitive and she told me I have oily skin…She tried to up upsell me on my treatment, telling me I need to spend £2k on two different treatments. Also tried to scare me into booking by saying I need to act fast as it will worsen. My skin issue is very minimal and I only get occasional flare ups but she told me I need 12 treatments in total which is completely different on their website. It made me think these “specialists” get commission in upselling as she was very displeased when I said I would like time to think about it.

I have had great experiences with Premier Laser. About 4 years ago I had two areas done with laser hair removal, and then last year I went back for two more areas which I just completed. The previous areas completed in 2019 only needed top-ups for the first time in 2023, so definitely a great investment. Tania has been a great practitioner and I would absolutely recommend!

Be very careful with this company and record EVERYTHING they tell you in your consultation and treatments. They are scammers and only care about money. I had a terrible experience at the Fulham branch with a hydrafacial which I requested to do on the same day as my consultation (and the same day I paid for a course of 3 sessions) . They told me they could not do the first treatment until weeks later due to staff availability which would be outside of the 14 day refund period. Now they refusing to refund me for the remaining 2 sessions which I do not want after the terrible first session experience I had! Absolute joke, they trick you, I do not want to step foot in there again but have no choice as they will not give me the remaining money back. Policy which was never even explained to me at the time of paying should ensure any 1st treatment is had in the period of 14 days following payment. Otherwise only start paying for services after treatment instead of before so your not scammed like I was.
