Do not order from them, my item never arrived and I am still fighting for my refund despite calls and emails where you get no response from them.

Stay away from this dodgy company
I placed an order for 14ltr pressure cooker and payed for it. I also placed order for 22 ltr and payed for that too via paypal. I rang to cancel the smaller one, which was done immediately. However the refund was not processed and too me to lodge a dispute with paypal b4 i was refunded.. and even then the company had the cheek to offer me a partial refund when they had not even processed the order.. i cancelled my original 14ltr order 10 minutes after placing it... they have a mobile number which they dont answer and the level of customer service is horrible.. stay away from this dodgy company.

AVOID
Ordered an item, took payment. Then received a phone call to say the item was out of stock and that they were going to refund me. Waited 2 weeks with no refund coming through, contacted PayPal and they confirmed that no refund had been issued. I emailed the company stating that PayPal had confirmed no refund had been issued, they then called me telling me the item would be delivered on the 4th Oct! How if they had already refunded me? I asked for my refund and they said they would check their end. Claimed a dispute with PayPal and the refund was sent over less than 30mins after my case was opened! AVOID!!!

Item never arrived
Item never arrived, tracking number never worked. Emailed the company and the initial response was "were sorry we delivered as soon as possible" I responded to confirm the item has not been delivered, no reply, I emailed again to chase and again no reply. I am now going to attempt to get a refund via PayPal. My advice avoid!

No confirmation of when the freezer will arrive shouldnt take 22 days
No confirmation of when the freezer would be delivered. Chased it up 10 days after i placed the order to be told that it was still going to be a further 12 days until it arrived. Wasn't informed by the company of the delay. Nowhere on the website does it tell you that the you will have to wait 22 days for the product. VERY POOR

The company took my order and money.Some days later I received a email to say the were refunding my money with no explanation.recieved this ok.

No refund or response
Ordered product on website- got cancelled next day. Still not received refund. Ask why couldn’t supply- no response. Product is still being advertised as available on website. So confused as to whether legitimate.
