Huge choice and speedy well packed delivery

Everything was super fresh, and arrived on time. I will definitely purchase again from your store.

I do not usually give review, but I should appreciate very good experience which I have had several time fish and other products from London Grocery! Fresh and lovely taste fish I have bought several times, good packaging and delivery! Their products are fresh, free delivery if you do over £50 shopping, very good and quick response customer service if you need and very professional staff, especially Alp, and very good price!

EDIT: They emailed me and tried to BRIBE me with fruit, asking me to remove my review. The absolute balls of them! Needless to say, I still highly discourage any using them.

AWFUL. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an online order with them for a seedless watermelon, red bananas, custard apples, and San Marzano tomatoes.

My order was sent, and then I was informed that they had no red bananas. Not a big deal, but I wasn't given the option for a refund - I was just told "here's a voucher with a few extra £ to make up for it it". What makes it more infuriating is that I would have happily added something else to my order. I even tried to add more before it was sent, but I was bounced between Facebook, to a phone, to an email, by which point it was too late.

So, the order arrives. The tomatoes aren't protected from their freezer packs, so the tomatoes that were touching it all went bruised and mushy. They left out the custard apples too. I email them and get the same response: "I've increased your voucher to make up for it". At this point, I don't really want to order from them again. A refund should be at least OFFERED first.

The next day, I go to eat the seedless watermelon. To no one's shock, it was packed full of seeds. I even sent pictures in my email this time and was told, "they have some seeds". This was packed full of black and white seeds. Every time I've had a seedless watermelon, it was shockingly, seedless! I've seen that sometimes you get a few white seeds, but this was full of black seeds too.

I asked for a refund for all the missing items, and for being sold a normal watermelon in place of a seedless (over £14!). I was told I'd only be getting a refund for the missing items. I since haven't heard from them.

Luckily, I ordered through PayPal. After sending the email exchange as evidence, and waiting a few weeks, PayPal got my money back.

If you take the chance and shop here, use PayPal. My advice is to AVOID this place and shop ANYWHERE else.

I bought some meat from this company recently and all the best that I got was really fresh and tasted a lot better than supermarket meat for sure, will definitely be buying from them again!

Items defrosted as delivery had been delayed. both packets of food had breakage in package so unsealed , unsure if had been tampered with

Got guava for a friend who just left us in super warm weather for London cold and friend said it was terrific. It was a day later than expected but it was so fresh he said so that’s good if they adjust to deliver fresh things. The customer service is so good like it’s been a long time I had customer service like that wow.

Taste of caviar was very good!really enjoy!

I tried to buy ten packets of a favourite brand called Be Settled by LizzieLoves. After I paid over £100, someone from LondonGrocery.net then called me to say that in fact, they were out of stock, and did I want a refund. I said yes. The next day, they said that actually, they had it back in stock, would I still like it. I said yes. They then delivered me ten packets of the wrong thing. I asked for them to take it back and issue a refund, which they said they would do (this was all before Christmas). I couldn't find an address to which to send it and didn't get any response on email so tried calling them. When I called the number on their website, I got a succession of people who couldn't understand English and hung up on me. When I looked up the address on Companies House, it said the company did not exist any more. I then chased again on email, and was told that package would be picked up be refunded. It was picked up, and I then chased for two weeks to get refund. Which I received, about a month after the original order. It all took a long time, and was a confusing and stressful process. I won't be using them again.

The meat was great quality and fast delivery. Customer service was great as they kept me informed of delivery time. I will be ordering from here again and trying different cuts of meat.
