Outstanding service from Idris our plumber. As well as being incredibly experienced, professional and an excellent plumber, he was a real gentleman too. He carried out the work swiftly and corrected the bad work previously done by a different plumbing company in no time. LEP gets my highest recommendation possible. Prompt response to call out - with excellent communications. Idris arrived one hour later - he was polite, knowledgeable and able to resolve the problem with a minimum of fuss giving full explanation as to the work he planned to do. Not the cheapest but more than excellent value in comparison to their competitors!!

Iliyas the plumber did a great job unblocking my toilet this morning. He arrived on time, was friendly, and quickly figured out the problem. He worked fast and made sure everything was clean when he finished. I really appreciated his helpful tips to avoid future issues. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing help!

I think they are the best company in London. I had a blocked manhole and also a boiler with no hot water And heating due to frozen pipes they were very quick and efficient They wasted no time into fixing my issues and I had my water and heating within the hour

Called out in an emergency for drains
Called out in an emergency for drains. Arrived promptly to the site. Idris was very polite and courteous. Spent time on making sure the drains were fully cleared. Jet washed the drain and cleared the area fully before leaving. Would definitely use them again and very happy to recommend.

Worst and unprofessional plumber i paid…
Worst and unprofessional plumber i paid 180 pound for telling that professional to where to start . And he came back when I complained but he still couldn't fix it because i paid him already . And i showed this professional what is issue and i got all on video will be posting soon . And they try to get cash to avoid vat ( will be sending all info and messages to hmrc )

Very expensive, dishonest, total let down, required emergency call out for leaking boiler and they did not explain the hourly rate when asked about their charges over the telephone, on arrival of the plumber quoted £195 per hour and on top of the initial call out charge of £69, very unprofessional, greedy, I should have explored other avenues and used another plumber to solve the leaking boiler issue, they did not trace the source of the leak but charged me £195 + £69 + VAT
Had to call my usual plumber the next day to resolve the leak

Excellent service. Called at night for an emergency unblocking. Plumber arrived within 35 minutes and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. All sorted. Very pleased and would highly recommend Iliyas!

100% excellent CCTV survey service from Adris…
I received plumbing services from Adris in September for a CCTV survey, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to patiently answer all of my questions. One of the key differences that set him apart is his tidiness—he left no mess behind, unlike a previous plumber who left me with a lot to clean up. Adris made the entire process smooth and hassle-free.
Today, followed up with him three months later for a report, and he promptly responded, working with his admin/back office to ensure it was sent to me. I will definitely be hiring him for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend his services to others.
Thanks so much, Adris. You don’t understand your work means so much to me and I’m sure I can speak for others who are lucky to have you as their appointed person to help them.
