I've shopped with James and London Diamonds a few times (once for a couple wedding bands, another for a pair of earrings and most recently for an eternity ring for my wife).

Their most recent work was nothing short of spectacular. James was really informative when giving insight into how the eternity ring would look before building it. In 4 weeks (which is very quick to build an eternity ring from scratch) James and his team delivered a perfect ring for my wife who is over the moon with how it turned out.

For me, they offer unbelievable value, James and his team have a way to make your idea and budget match up and give you the best experience out of it. I will definitely shop again with London Diamonds in the future. Thanks again!

I had been annoying (😂) James for 2 years about the ring I was going to have made for a special bday. He responded to all of my messages straight away.
The service I have received from LD has been second to none, the whole process faultless. I told James what I wanted (he was able to tell me my ring size via a photo of my hand) a diamond was sourced and a video sent to me for approval along with design drawings. I was told it would take around 6 weeks to be made, it was 4 in the end.
My husband was convinced I was dealing with scammers but is now telling everyone what an incredible company LD are that give a fantastic service and end product.
Thank you James for making getting older a little easier, my ring is everything I could have hoped for and more.

I couldn’t recommend London Diamonds enough. My fiancé bought my engagement ring from here, my dream ring, and I was devastated when my ring was knocked and in result damaged. LD customer service were excellent in getting back and resolved the issue straight away. After only a few weeks, I now have my ring back and it’s like new.

Recently had an Oval diamond ring from LD. not an engagement ring, but a birthday/new baby gift. I was very much involved in choosing, but wasn’t totally happy with first ring. This was purely personal taste, I felt the diamond was too large and I didn’t feel yellow gold suited me after all. Absolutely brilliant communication and service to swop it for a smaller size diamond, platinum instead. My husband got a very quick refund of the difference in cost and the turnaround for exchange was a matter of a couple of weeks. This wasn’t a bespoke design obviously, but a website stock ring.
The ring is beautiful, James communicated brilliantly throughout, nothing was ever a hassle. If you’re having a ring from here and it’s not bespoke, you can be reassured that if you don’t like your choice, you can change it hassle free. Highly recommend this company, thanks James and LD!

I have followed London Diamonds on Instagram for years, and not only did I admire their rings but their honesty was so refreshing! It really helped navigate an otherwise very murky area - from explaining the Lab vs Mined debate; what 1 or 2 carats actually look like on a human hand, and not to mention the thought and graft that goes into every design. My engagement ring had to be from them, and so did my wedding band! Absolutely stunning both rings, I get so many compliments about them!, but without breaking the bank. The certificates of authenticity, the free resizing, and the lifetime guarantee are just cherries on an already very delicious cake; if you need/want a ring don’t go anywhere else ❤️

From initial contact, design, delivery and then repair after an unfortunate accident, the London Diamonds team have been truly excellent every step of the way. If like me, you’re a little sceptical of an Insta-famous jeweller, I can categorically say London Diamonds will make your diamond dreams come true at a reasonable price, as opposed to the inflated high street jeweller prices elsewhere!

If I needed an engagement ring again and again I’d pick London Diamonds every time.
I couldn’t love my engagement ring anymore but it’s the after care that separates London Diamonds from other jewellers.
I’ve needed a ring resize and then knocked my ring and my concerns were instantly resolved. I was never made to feel anything other than prioritised which goes along way after a huge purchase like a ring.
I am so grateful my ring came from London Diamonds and I tell anyone I can about them, it’s probably why my 2 sisters got their ring from London Diamonds too!

London Diamonds have been excellent to work with from start to finish. I sent some ideas of styles from their Instagram for guidance as to what I wanted and they nailed the design at the first time of asking. Communication was great, the process was straight forward and up front, they held the ring once complete so that they could deliver it to me on the day that I wanted and the packaging they sent is discrete externally and lovely internally! Even after the successful proposal, they have taken the ring back to get it resized with no extra cost and no hassle at all. Great service all round!

Got my engagement ring nearly 4 years ago from London Diamonds. All been fine but I stupidly trapped my hand in a door and totally mangled my ring. Got back in touch and James was totally honest about my options, said they’d do their best to repair it. I’ve now got my ring back and it’s like new. Service is fantastic, wasn’t pushed into having a new setting, excellent communication & never interactions never feel like a sales tactic. Can’t recommend London Diamonds enough!
